I really did my research on locations and hotels in Paris. I was so worried because there were so many hotels. Well, we could not have been happier! This boutique hotel is everything we had hoped for. It is SO close to the Eiffel Tower! Great cafes in the same block. We walked everywhere. The room was definately bigger than it looks on the website. We loved it!!!

I stayed here in October 2024 for my honeymoon and enjoyed how friendly and helpful the staff were—my husband and I were sick, and they helped us have a doctor come to the hotel to treat us. They also didn’t mind speaking English. I had the executive room and found it to be roomy for Paris standards with a lot of nice and modern touches. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the hotel is a 5 minute way from the Eiffel Tower, and there are a lot of cafes very close to the hotel.

The whole staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Mohamed the manager made it possible for us with a voucher after the air traffic controllers strike, he is one of the most responsible young man that I have ever met. I would recommend this hotel for everyone.

The hotel was very clean. The room looked good but was very small and we only had lamp lights. We did not have a choice of full lighting. Which people need when trying to sort out their suitcases and stuff like that.

I arrived at the property at 10:30 (with international flights, you are constrained by their schedules). I was told my room was not ready. I waited until 2:30 when there was a shift change and the new person at the check in called to me and said, “Hey, your room has been ready for a while. Mgt needs to do some training for the staff. I would recommend realigning the cleaning crew to ready a room for a client who is physically there and waiting for a room.

Hotel Derby Alma was perfect for our stay. If was only a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. We had a good sized room for 4 of us and was so pleased we were given a room where we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower. Every night we could watch it sparkle from our bed. My daughter was delighted! The staff were all friendly and happy to help with questions and called our restaurant for us when we were late. We hope to return again soon !
