Excellent Accommodation

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was on a quiet street and our room faced the courtyard it was very quiet. We were there for 7 nights and the towels and bed linen were changed once. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were a decent size. The kitchen was well equipped and included cutlery. The location was handy for two Metro stops, supermarket, bakery and take aways. Free coffee was available from 6am. When we contacted Citadines to let them know that we would be arriving after reception had closed they arranged for someone to be there to let us in. If we go to Paris again we would certainly stay there again.

Je ne suis pas exigent mais certains manquements font quand meme tache : pas de prise près du lit, un balcon sale, un coussin et aucun coussin ou draps supplementaire fournis MAIS SURTOUT : le studio etait infesté d'insectes et de petites betes partout au niveau de la kitchenette et de la salle de bain. Un veritable cauchemar, j'ai retrouvé des betes sur la nourriture que j'avais laissé sur le plan de travail !!! Cette faute grave à été signalé à la réception et la réponse fu un drole de regard et un ' merci '

Fijn verblijf

We hebben een zeer fijn verblijf gehad in het citadines hotel. Kamer was schoon en hoed onderhouden. Fijne bedden. We konden al vroeg inchecken en ook een late checkout (i.v.m. late vlucht) was geen enkel probleem. Dichtbij de metro halte van waar je met 20 min voor de eiffel toren staat. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij zouden hier zeker weer verblijven.

Au calme

L'accueil par l'interphone le samedi soir à 19h est surprenant mais exige une organisation sans faible et des prestations de qualité que l'on a beaucoup appréciées pour cette nuit à Paris. La présence de quelques sachets de café lyophilisé serait un plus pour le prix.
