''Very spacious villa, and well equipped and furnished . Loved all the terraces for sitting/eating out. Spectacular far reaching views over Peyia and the coast.
Great location for walking into Peyia for coffee and dinner, and of course the views. Easy access by car to Coral Bay, Paphos and many lovely local villages and towns. We love the Old Cinema, Geitonia Kebab House, Savvas Grill, and Yiannis in Kathikas .The Coastal Path is fabulous for any length of walk
Everything was great thank you, and the later checkout was really appreciated. Aimee was very communicative and helpful'.

''We absolutely loved the whole villa; it was well equipped and spacious for everyone to relax in. Having the car with the villa was a godsend.
The location is beautiful, the views from the villa are just stunning day and night, my favourite part of the villa sitting out looking the view. The location is perfect for Peyia Village and Coral Bay. I did think Peyia would be busier than it actually was having read about Peyia before we left, but that didn't detract from our holiday. Once I got use to the narrow roads and confident driving around I was quite happy driving to Peyia, Coral Bay and down to Kato Paphos.
We went to Oniro by the sea twice, food was outstanding and the sunset at the sea caves stunning; we went to Sea You in Kissonerga the food again was lovely and sunset beautiful. The Old Cinema in Peyia we ate in twice and lovely food, great value for money
Corailla beach was lovely to spend a day at with a lovely restaurant to eat at for lunch and to buy take away drinks from
Steven was prompt at replying to all my emails, from initial enquiry to booking completion, very attentive and excellent customer service. It was very reassuring to get the text from Aimee when we landed, she or others in the office always responded quickly; I felt very looked after and reassured I had someone to contact for any help.
We had the most wonderful holiday in the Villa, and we wish to book it again for next year for 3 weeks again. Thanks so much for your service. Best Wishes Jayne .

''Villa Paros was a lovely property; clean, comfortable & very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Absolutely stunning views and we loved the various outdoor seating areas/terraces, especially the roof terrace.
Location was great for us as a family with teenagers. We were able to walk into the village of Peyia from the villa for coffee/meals or to the shop however having the car was great for venturing further afield without having to rely on public transport. Those with less mobility may struggle without a car.
Restaurants we would recommend include Peyia Tavern, The Old Cinema, Grande, Peggys, La Casa (all Peyia), Farmyard, Viklari/The Last Castle, Searays, Samisen Teppanyaki restaurant, Olivetti. Farmyard was the favourite with the teenagers!
Yes extremely satisfied with your service. Aimee always responded promptly & was very friendly & helpful.
We had a fantastic 2 weeks & thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'.

''Very good standard villa. Location good. Sapphire in Paphos was a regular treat full English for under 5 euros. The little Kiosk at the junction just outside Polis is also brilliant and we had some great lunch stops there and the lady is very nice.
Agent good comms and fast replies to questions. Local manager good and easy to contact
Cyprus turned out to be far better than I expected. The Cycling is tough but very rewarding. We did the L'Etape Cyprus over mount Olympus in November. All in all Cyprus has been a great experience with great memories.regards, Phil'.

''Thank you for your email. We had an amazing stay at Villa Paros, it was definitely a home from home and exceeded our expectations. We cannot thank Aimee enough for responding to a few questions whilst we were staying at the Villa.
The villa had everything a family needed for a family holiday, including two teenagers! It was very clean and well presented. As we arrived late in the evening it was wonderful to have a welcome pack that included wine.
The Villa was set in a beautiful location with outstanding views. Whilst a short distance from the local village we felt this was a bonus. The local village had everything a family needs for a relaxing holiday. The local restaurants served local dishes and the supermarket had everything you needed for the stay.
We took advantage of the discount for boat hire in Latsi and took a boat out for half a day which was a great experience. Would recommend booking in advance and going in the morning. We visited Cousins, The Old cinema and Green Hill restaurants and recommend them especially the meze at Green Hill.
We cannot fault the service provided by yourselves. From the moment we booked the villa you have been available to ensure we had a great holiday, definitely ten out of ten. We made contact with Aimee during our stay she was extremely helpful. We used the taxi to and from the airport and the service was outstanding. We cannot honestly suggest any changes to the service provided. .'.

''Just back home after a lovely holiday thank you. We know the area well and is a perfect choice for solitude and great views, but within a (hilly) walk to bars and restaurants. Latchi is a must and 27 minute drive. In Latchi the Faros restaurant and the Seafare on the quyside are our favourites - great food and great service on a marina setting
You and the team were perfect. Aimee looked after us and was absolutely brilliant! We had a few minor issues and she was on our case like a rocket and sorted everything with lightening speed. She did so in a friendly and accessible way without being intrusive - she is an amazing asset to your company and I cannot praise her highly enough! Thank you again for all your help, Ros''.

''Thank you for your email and your excellent attentive customer service from day one. We have now more or less adjusted to life back in the UK after a fantastic two weeks in Cyprus. The villa was excellent in terms of its size and layout, it was everything we needed. The AC was superb and the balconies and roof terrace were a treat. It really felt like home for the two weeks we were away and that is the biggest compliment I could give it. The car was a real highlight and it was used everyday which allowed us to explore some of the island. This really was an added bonus which made the holiday for us.
The location was a particular highlight as the village of Pegeia was superb. The views out from the villa we could never tire of, they will live long in the memory. The village thankfully remains throughly Cypriot, it had a lovely warmth to it from the friendliness of the people, the charm of the buildings and the choice of bars and restaurants. We mainly eat out in Pegia and we would recommend the Pegeia Tavern, Cinema restaurant, Jail bar and particularly the Kebab house. The friendliness and warm of the families which run these establishments was lovely to see and the food was excellent. We also eat at the Sea U beach bar whilst watching the sun set, this was awesome. We went on a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon from Latchi, we visited Cap St George, Tomb of the Kings, Paphos town, sea caves and the ship wreck and the water park.
You were excellent Steven, I could not fault Let’s Rent on Line who we have already recommended and we will do again in the future. Colin who came to clean our pool and dealt with any issues we had whilst we were away was excellent. ''.

''Thank you we have an absolutely fabulous holiday, we loved our first visit to Cyprus. The villa was amazing and the view was stunning. The car was great for getting around. Colin and Carol were very efficient and dealt with any queries we had promptly. As we spent a lot of time around the pool, the only thing we would have liked was maybe a small fridge to get easier access to cold drinks but other than that the owners had thought of everything you could need. We would like to thank you for making the booking experience simple and stress free. We really appreciate the discount vouchers because we will definitely be coming back to Cyprus. Thank you for everything. Best Regards. Gary and Jane ''.

''The villa was lovely, clean and well furnished throughout. The roof terrace was fantastic, with table and chairs, sun loungers and sofas. The use of the car was fantastic.
The location in Peyia was fantastic. Amazing views to the sea and the mountains. It is quite high up in Peyia and you do need a car, or a taxi service as it's a fair walk to the shops etc. The villa is unsuitable for those with mobility issues, due to the levels that it is spread over, but the views are amazing, from all terraces.
The beaches in Paphos are lovely. St Georges is small but beautiful and Coral Bay is nearby, which is a soft, sandy beach with lots of amenities. Peyia village is lovely, with many shops and bars etc. Paphos is a beautiful place for families, couples, or if you are alone. People are friendly, and the food is amazing!
Lets Rent Online is a fantastic company to use for Villas in Cyprus. The service is first class, with full information, lots of help and support and a great service. Steven is so helpful. The staff from the taxi service are great too. I've added extra persons to our villas for May and August and Steven was really helpful with this process. Nothing is too much trouble. The Villas are beautiful, well maintained and all information is correct and up to date.
Communication and Service locally is also excellent. Directions to the villas are great, easy to follow and informative. Vouchers for restaurants and hire companies are a bonus. The booking process is easy to use and everything is communicated within a short time frame. I cannot fault the communication processes at all. Lets Rent Online have a variety of villas and we have booked 4 times with them, 2018 and in 2019.
Steven, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paphos, and we are already looking forward to May. Your service is always excellent, and we appreciate the communication, service and your villas have all been excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending you, and in fact we already have!

''I would like to thank you for making our booking at Villa Paros, so easy and informative.
We had the most fantastic time and would love to go back to Cyprus as was our first ever visit. We thought the Villa was lovely with the views that were fantastic and every day we would wake up and just look out at the wonderful view and think how lucky we are! Shame we only had a week, but because of this we have said we would love to go back. We thought it was a shame that the villa next door has been empty for years and no one living in it, what a waste...!
Our first impression of Cyprus was being greeted by Andy the Taxi Driver, the most happy and positive person you could ever meet. He was a delight to be in his taxi, he offered us a beer or water, and when we paid him and gave him a tip, he came back with a bottle of wine for us....how lovely!
The property was superb and a great layout over 3 floors, 4 including the pool level! The Roof Terrace on the top floor was our favourite area and we would just sit and look out at the lovely view, at breakfast and then again later in the evening. Just fantastic!
The location for us was great as we don’t like to be in the busy tourist area. It was such a bonus that we had the use of the car and we did use it to explore and find some lovely areas, restaurants and beaches. We did walk into the Peyia town from the Villa a few times, which was fine for us. It was a good 20 minute walk, which we needed to walk off all the food we ate in the lovely restaurants!!
In Peyia, we went to the The Old Cinema Tavern Restaurant, very friendly and cheap. We also went to the Peyia Tavern for the local Meze which was recommended and we would definitely recommend that too, very busy, and is advisable to book a table, we were just lucky there was a table for 3 when we asked the second time. Make sure you go there hungry! We also ate in the Grande Cafe Restaurant in Peyia, which was huge portions, the biggest pork chop we have ever seen, and very friendly and a busy fun atmosphere.
We found Oniro’s By the Sea Restaurant near the shipwreck and luckily we asked about booking, as they don’t take bookings. As it was my husbands birthday we were advised to get there early, which we did and we had the most delicious meal, it was lovely food but quite expensive but nice for an occasion. Fabulous setting and we went for a walk after the meal. We also went for lunch at the Sea Cave Tavern which was very nice and lovely location, very cheap and fabulous setting, just along from Oniro’s.
We found that the Coral Bay a
