The staff were awesome. They were the only positive about the experience. The location and property left much to be desired although the proximity to the beach was a big plus. The “garden rooms” were surrounded by dirt and next to a fence for what appears to be a more modern hotel. The water pressure (for hot water) was abysmal. The food was ok, but pools were not as clean as I would have hoped. Again - the staff were wonderful and went out of their way to treat the guests well.

We stayed at the CC Beachfront for a week in the beginning of Dec and had a fabulous experience. It was just what we were looking for, a boutique all inclusive on the beach with refreshing sparkling pools. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly and responsive. We booked our excursions through a local tour guy (Frank the Tank - you can find him online) as we used him last year when we were staying at a different resort. We did the unique volcano tour, sunset catamaran, and ATVs through the countryside and all three were wonderful. We had a lot of fun and will be returning to CC Beachfront in the future and using Frank the Tank for future excursions!

I liked the stuff ,they were extremely nice ,kind and helpfull.I liked a safety and picefulnes,but it was lack of a fun after a dinner.Twice for a whole eek we had a live music,but other nights,nothing.Also,tourists hrre are mosly older age.It was maybe so much quet.Also beach had a lot od dry ,broken bences from a trres around,Both ,me and my husbundt hurt foots on very sharp torns from the brenches.property had two pools,jacuzi and two wet bars.The stuff there,Mario and Lary were fantastic.Property hss a premium drins and my husbund loved that.Food was tasty and a various choices.looby stuff ,Anita,Dsmian and Geovsnni from Amstar were kind and great.It was a restfull vacation and I like visiting Costa Rica.

This was a great QUIET little resort. We stayed 14 days and enjoyed or time at CC. Positives: the staff was awesome from the Kitchen staff to the housekeepers and maintenance staff. Everyone worked to ensure our experience was positive. Too many shining stars to list. Food was always tasty and lots. Place was well maintained. Negatives: There is no transportation provided and it was a $65usd taxi ride into town and back. The beds are rock hard. If you have a bad back or hip issues this may be a problem. We stayed during tropical storm and the work this resort did to ensure or safety and well being was the number 1 priority. All staff including the Management deserve a huge thank you. We will be back for sure!

This all inclusive property was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. The food was mediocre. I tried several times to contact the property via provided email but never received a reply. The Expedia site indicated it has a spa and it shows photos of guests receiving massage but it doesn't have a spa at all. The room was nice. We booked a master suite with a wonderful patio overlooking the pool area. The included kitchen was worthless as there were no dishes, utensils or cooking equipment. We prefer a more luxurious resort experience so would not stay here again.

This was an all inclusive resort which honestly wasn't our first choice. We had a tough time just getting through the front gates as the guard didn't understand we were checking in. He kept asking our room number - which obviously we didn't have yet. At check in they were nice but had to specifically ask for a property map to get to our room (it wasn't initially offered). They did emphasize several times that lunch wasn't included the day of checkout. Our room was a master suite with a kitchen. However, the kitchen had nothing to cook with or to eat on - no dishes, utensils, pots, pans etc. The food in the dining area was adequate at best. We ate in their restaurant one night. The food was good. However, they did not have a single bottle of wine listed on their menu!!! We ate off property for the remainder of our dinners. The bartenders at the pool were very friendly and attentive. The wait staff were all very sweet. I would not stay here again.

The food was very good. Rooms were not the same as pictured on Travelocity. It rained a lot so the garden view rooms were like on a island and had to walk through 6-8 inches of water in parking lot to get to room. I would not stay in those rooms again. The staff was nice and bartenders were a good time.

Staff were friendly. Grounds and salt water pool were well maintained. Additional pool was closed and being refurbished. Meals were a la cart and very good as it was off season. Drinks were very good and service was great. Walking trail beside the beach was nice. Sunsets were beautiful.

Amazing resort. The room was so beautiful. Staffs were very nice especially the manager I forgot her name it started with M she was very nice and accommodating. She gave me a room upgrade, remember my birthday from checkin and wished me a happy birthday the day off. The food was okay 7/10 drinks were great 10/10 and everyone were polite smiling kick to address any needs or issues.
