Overall my stay was good. Most of the staff were pleasant however the receptionist operates like he own the place and wasnt really helpful and accused me of lying about their faulty elevator that trapped me on several occasions, and i wasnt compensated after he himself got stucked with me instead they seems annoyed about me pointing it out. My visit was during the offseasons which is late September, yet i had to pay for an early check in which was just 2 hrs before checkin time and the room were available which i personally thought was unreasonable. I dont appreciate the fact that they accused guest (not just me but other guests were having similar issues too) instead of owning up to their mediocre standard.

Something travelers should be aware of is that this hotel name and location is not easily recognized by taxis. They are puzzled when you give them the name of this hotel. One of the problems is that the hotel name is inset into a long dark hallway making it difficult to see and there are no obvious street side signs. Additionally, a big negative is that there are two flights of stairs from street level to the main doors. If you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage, it is a chore to haul it all up these stairs to the lobby entrance level. Lastly, if you have a rented car, this location is hard to find by Google Maps and the streets are congested and somewhat of a circular maze. The hotel facilities are indeed nice and modern.

Hotel is very outdated. The breakfast is your typical continental. I had to be switched twice to a different room due to room issues, however, front desk staff was very accommodating.

The wifi was excellent, daily room service was great towels has a few stains but when requested new ones service was very fast. Very convient location as everything is in the megapolis mall across the street, restaurant downstairs the hotel and one around the back which has 7 different food menus to chooses from. Staff was great no complaints. Easy to get a taxi service highly recommend Luis from events plus. 👌 I experienced an ocean view room on the 29th floor and it was very great view both day and night was blown away. Made my first time in panama enjoyable.
