Recently renovated design apartment listed as Turismo de Interior located in an emblematic building in the center of Palma de Majorca, Balearic Islands, next to the Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. This is the old "Toy Museum" converted in 2019 into spectacular holiday apartments with all the luxury of details, in which elements of modern design merge with details of the classic Majorcan architecture of much value and some pieces of the museum that in his day it was.

It has a capacity for 2 adults + 2 children, a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. We can install a cot, on request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with all the necessities to enjoy a fantastic stay. The building is located in a very quiet street where vehicles hardly pass. The apartment is on the ground floor. You can enjoy walking through the essence of the city of Palma de Majorca from its historic center.

Booking conditions:

- A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay.

-It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, in case of not complying with the rule you will be penalized.

-Please keep order and cleanliness inside the apartment.

-Please respect the areas of the community: stairs and hallway, keeping them clean and going through quiet restrictions.

ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, HIGH MUSIC AND THE HOLIDAYS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any person in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, remaining also with the deposit.

Great location
The apartment is not quite as plush as expected but is in a great location. From a disable access point of view you need to be aware there is a quite a large step into the apartment. The people managing the apartment were excellent, quick to respond to questions and dealt promptly with any issues. I would definitely stay there again.

Appartement bien placé mais infestation de cafard ( cafardos, cockroach)
L’appartement est bien placé et convient très bien pour 4 personnes. Cependant nous avons été déçu par l’infestation de cafard, nous avons appelé le matin , on les a prévenu qu’il fallait faire une désinsectisation, ils ne sont pas venus. C’est avec acharnement jusqu’au soir que nous avons continué à appeler, sans qu’il nous trouve une solution. Après 26h d’attentes, pas dormi car il y avait les cafards, ils nous ont trouvé une solution et relogé. Cependant, l’amertume ressenti pendant l’attente, et le "passez une bonne nuit" d’une personne qui nous répondait par message nous font amèrement regretter notre choix. Cordialement, Camille

Cockroaches from hell !!!
The Location is great, the apartment overall fine, but there are also: ants, mold and HUGE roaches everywhere! The agency made us pay for two nights, although we only spent one there.
