It's just okay. Nothing special or fancy. The hotel is close to the beach which is good - but the area in general is worn and not great. No fancy views from any angle of the property

I was a solo traveller. The overall experience was very nice. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Although the view of my room wasn't seaside it was pleasant to have a balcony. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel 8 minutes from the Palma Airport, lovely pool bar on roof and one on the ground floor, rooms clean and up to high standard and great view of the sea, definitely would stay again.

The front desk staff is extremely rude and has the worst service. They are not helpful. I am a frequent traveler and this is probably the worst service I’ve received in my lifetime. Also, housekeeping is terrible. Underneath the sheets there were food crumbs and termites walking from the wooden headboards. They do not swap out any of the towels, even when place on the floor as instructed. They will simply refold the same used towels to make it seem like they were changed. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. I would also advise them to hire a pest control company to fumigate the hotel because they have a termite infestation.

Sea view room was far too small with no room either side of the bed. Room smelt of sewerage and reception confirmed that some rooms had the problem because of recent rain. Reception brought a bottle of bathroom cleaner and sprayed in the shower and said to keep the window open. We moved room and issues resolved.

Brilliant stay
One night solo business trip - firstly, and what stood out was that the service was fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Hotel was great, comfortable with brilliant pool and lounge areas. Nice location, 6 mins from airport but doesn’t feel like it. Right on the beach. Would return for sure.

Cycling friendly hotel
I had a room with a balcony with a view of the harbour which was as described on the website. The room was clean a spacious for my needs. The food was excellent and plentiful and the staff were very helpful and polite. I would gladly return to this perfectly placed hotel.

Economical piece of heaven!
I just loved this hotel. It was only small & in the back streets of Palma but it impressed me lots. The decor was gorgeous. Very up to date & cute. With its Low hanging straw lampshades & wicker stools. All very ethical & my cup of tea. Would definitely return. Did I mention the delicious cocktails?

We checked in around 1PM tired from our flight, we went up to the room and the keys didn’t work, a housekeeper opened the door for us. We were given a small room with two beds together. We were 3. Air conditioner did not work. We took a nap for 5 hours and decided to come back downstairs and ask about the keys, the AC and the possibility to upgrade, since the room was small. The receptionist couldn’t find me by my room #. So I panicked and suggested him to look me up by last name. We were given the wrong room and they told us that the air conditioner is turned off by management and that on Monday (the next day) they will have a meeting about it and see if they can turn it on. They refused to upgrade us for the inconvenience and was told to come back tomorrow and speak To management, but we were given a bottle sparkling drink, valued at 4.45 euros. Upon check out, we spoke to them about our concerns again and was told we need to pay for late check out anyways, 20 Euros. There is no parking and their answer Was always “it’s just how it is here” The guys at the bar were great, besides them this hotel has nothing impressive, hospitality and the willingness to help was none existent to these employees.
