Hotel Basílica in Palma de Mallorca is a true gem. Its central location, just steps from the cathedral and old town, makes it perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and impeccably clean, and the service is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Highly recommended. Wonderful hotel. Top notch design and upkeep. Nothing lacking. Great staff, especially Blanca. Attentive and helpful staff everyone. Location was in the middle of the old town, gothic buildings everywhere. Absolutely enchanting. Numerous restaurants around the hotel, each with quality dishes. Within walking distance to main attractions. Sorry to leave the hotel.

What an amazing little gem located right in the old town of Palma! When we arrived stressed and tired from our long flight stepping into hotel Basílica was like a wonderful welcome home. From the beautiful building, sparkling cava to the fabulous staff, we felt instantly relaxed and pampered. Great room on the 4th floor with a cosy attic feel and luxury toiletries and a welcome bottle of ice cold Cava. One flight of stairs to the stunning roof top plunge pool with amazing views over the old town right to the harbour! Loved the honesty bar and the what’s app quick and efficient ordering system. All staff at the hotel were nothing short of wonderful with a special mention to Javier and the lovely, can’t do enough for you, Blanca, we will miss you. We stayed at Hotel Basílica for four fantastic days and cannot recommend highly enough😍 Thank you for making our first stay in Mallorca absolutely amazing

My wife and I chose this hotel due to its ideal location for exploring the city. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The breakfast were excellent. We were glad that we did not have a car with us, as parking would have been at some distance from the hotel.
