Staff are very helpful. Easy check in even on Christmas Day. Unit was clean but alas showing signs of its age and needing to be refurbished. Excellent value for money. Recommended as a place to stay in Paihia.

Great spot outside the town, a downhill walk into Paihia. The driveway is very steep, with the turning on a sharp bend.

The 1-bed poolside unit was clean and the bed was comfy which is great; however, unfortunately there is much to be desired in other areas of the accommodation. The pool and spa are in definite need of proper maintenance and a refurbishment of the bbq area is also in need of attention. The sofa in the unit was missing a number of slats causing you to fall through the base if you sat in the wrong spot. The wall art and furnishings are all very faded and dated, and the coffee table has definitely seen better days. There was a broken fan supplied in the room which wasn't ideal given the warm couple of nights stay there and with not being an air conditioned property. Overall the stay was average but this place could be so much better with a few improvements!!

It's obviously been tidied up to remedy some of the problems other reviewers had. Our apartment was a bit tired, lumpy sofas and peeling laminate in the bathroom but no funny smells, beds were comfortable and place was clean. As the first stop on Fullers tour, we got first choice of seats. The driveway is steep in places but the receptionist accommodated my Mum's mobility issues by changing us to an apartment with no stairs.

Disgusting, pool wasn’t open. Spa was cold, service is terrible when been told when your room is. Bugs in the bed witch looked like they were slept in. 3 towels for a family of 4. Couch was broken, room smelt wet and damp horrible smell. We didn’t end up staying because the smell was unbearable with small kids
