Check in process took us almost an hour. Check in was at 4 but at 230 there was already a lineup of about 30-40 people to check in. Came back just after 4 and the lineup was even longer. Then they seemed very confused about our reservation and stood there for another 10 minutes. When we checked out there was the same confusion, didn’t answer me after I asked twice what the issue was. Finally said they charged Expedia twice but I was fine. Very poor consumer service but hotel was nice enough
