Some rooms have excellent view of square and sea. Good location near station. The Hotel is in fact the old station and the decor rather dull, clinical and grey. Rooms have some illustrated walls - you may love it.

Rather small, but clean with modern bathroom fixtures. There is a narrow hall leading from the door to the bedroom. At one end, near the door, is a small area to hang clothes, place suitcases. There is a tiny desk there as well. Bedroom area was about 9 feet x10 feet, 1 small chair and 1 stool Twin beds are quite comfortable. I slept really well. Multiple outlets around room. 2 ethernet ports present for laptop or computer. No USB ports are present in the room, so you will have to bring a European type C outlet adapter and your own AC adapter with charging ports. The room door will remain unlocked for 30-45 seconds after you close it (when leaving). You can also lock it yourself by tapping your card key on it. A red light will flash indicating it's now locked. Staff were always friendly, courteous, and helpful. I would rate thier service as outstanding. Someone did an excellent job in training and hiring them. If you are renting a car (we didnt) there is very little if any hotel parking. The hotel is right in the train station and is next to a major tram stop, so getting around town is easy. There are multiple options for eating in the train station.

Pros - I had read about the wonderful breakfast and it truly lived up to expectations. Have not had such a good hotel breakfast like that in quite some time. Such lovely and helpful staff from the reception desk to the housekeeping staff. Very clean hotel everywhere. Excellent location!! Right next to the train station and so accessible to the trams and walking to downtown. Cons: the decor wasnt that pleasing. I found the lobby & the room to be cold and loud in terms of color/warmth. Very tiny room. If you’re staying more than 2 nights I would highly rec getting a room with lots of space and a room that you want to go back to - the rooms were just not very pleasing to the eye…..

This room was the worst of the 17 I have stayed in so far on this trip. Very worn out, very dark and extremely small. Bathroom was roomy and bright. There are other nearby hotels which would be just as convenient and would be much nicer for the same price.

Very convenient location. Don’t even walk outside from Oslo train station. Numerous dining options within a 5 minute walk. While some minor construction is in progress, noise was not noticeable. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is just next to the Oslo S. It can be reached without going out from the train station. The visitor centre is just at the left hand side of the hotel.

The location is perfect!! Right in the train station and connected to a mall. A very bustling city right outside the doors. The breakfast buffet is a little small, very very high quality!! The bad…. I reserved a queen bed. Evidently, Norwegian queen beds are the size of US full beds. Also, it is not really a bed. It is. 2 inch foam mattress topper on a box spring!! No mattress at all!! We both woke up with back pain from the “bed”. The rooms are tiny. Half of the room I could touch my fingers to both sides at the same time. The Warehouse Motif is not a good look.

Window covered by metal ;(
Super good location from flytoget apt train. No signgs from railway station to hotel, in the same building. Friendly staff, inside room nice but big disappointment that window (wpuld have been beautiful view to bay and DFDS ship), was covered by metal plakat. Like sleeping in cellar, even if 3rd floor. This is not kind of room I expected. Breakfast nice.
