Clean, convenient hotel for a short stay in Osaka
We were staying just one night, so decided to stay near the Shinkansen station - the hotel is inside the station a few metres from the platform which made it super convenient. Efficient check-in. The room is small but perfectly fine for a short stay. There is a chair massager which is a nice touch.

Small yet clean and modern room
This hotel is so convenient being attached right next to Shin Osaka Station. The room is smaller, yet very clean, ergonomic, and well designed. My room was 17th floor and bathroom and shower room are facing exterior wall with stunning view of the town. This place is definitely the one of my favorite as a business hotel.

There are no coin laundry facilities are the hotel and you’re therefore obliged to choose the hotel laundry service which is very expensive (350 yen for one pair of socks).

I was traumatized by the complication of getting out of the train station searching for my first hotel. So I made sure this hotel was right inside the train station. Not much searching. Fantastic, helpful & understanding staff members.
