Fabulous stay
Absolutely loved this hotel. Nice spacious rooms, good breakfast, all the staff were lovely. It’s in a really good place, very close to Dontonbori, and equally close to lots of different designer stores. A room on the cross floor gave you access to the lounge which served free drinks both soft and alcoholic and a small range of food. Great way to get a rest and a drink following a long day sightseeing. Close to different stations which made travelling to Nara very easy. The staff were very helpful in transferring our luggage to our next hotel, they are English speaking people and also several other languages. If I was staying in Osaka again, I would not hesitate choosing this hotel. The only downside is that they do not have a self serve laundry, however we found one about 15 minutes away.

Convenient location, lovely touches that helped make it a comfortable stay (amenities, luggage scale, luggage storage), good breakfest buffet, very kind and friendly staff. Great customer service. We stayed in a club level room, nice view and very quiet floor. The Cross club snacks were nothing special but the beverage options were good and it was nice to have a space to hang out outside of the room.

Our favourite hotel of the trip.
We stayed at 5 different hotels during our recent trip to Japan. I have to say we all agreed that the Cross Hotel was the best place we stayed at. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were good and the breakfast was a real treat. It’s very close to Dontonbori, equally close to some fabulous designer shops. The transport network was good, excellent place for a day trip to Nara

Great location near lots of excitement, great places to eat and transportation. We walked all around the area and had a great time. Lots of great places to taste Kobe beef. Public transportation on the trains is efficient and the price is reasonable. Taxi to the airport (TIX) was expensive at about $160.

An excellent option for a stay in Osaka. The staff were very supportive, the room was a nice size and very clean. Location was great right in the middle of shopping and many restaurants. The breakfast catered to both eastern and western options. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, however, the pictures are a bit misleading as the dark cramped rooms do not meet their alleged 4 star quality. There was construction near the property occurring at nignt, which has been going on for the past 6 months, however, this was not disclosed until after we checked in.

Great location and excellent staff. Room was very tired and decorated in dreary brown which made the room inviting. Excellent breakfast buffet. The big plus of this hotel is its location.

Tourist friendly hotel, good location, taxi stand out front, comfy beds. Breakfast buffet was splendid provided 7:00am opening time works for you. Definitely worth the price. Shopping and food pedestrian street right across the road.
