Good stay, great location
Enjoyed our stay here as the location for the underground was really close and convenient. The room was good, but we booked this hotel to use the washing machines and there was only two for the whole hotel to share. It was very hard to find a free washing machine numerous times and the language barrier was a little tricky with reception. Overall good stay, great restaurant next door.

Absolutely loved my stay in my first visit to Osaka. Near two different stations that are only 2 stops away from every major area. Will return to this Hotel in a few months. Also very friendly staff

We arrived in the morning and dropped off out luggage. When we checked in in the afternoon, we were surprised that they delivered our luggage to our room. Hotel staff was very courteous. Cleaning staff did a great job everyday.

Easy to access popular places through public transportation. Convenience store such as 7-11, Lawson and FamilyMart nearby. A few restaurants and bar in few minutes walking distance. Safe and Quiet neighborhood. Hotel is clean, nice comfort and staff is friendly who is always greeting you when you in and out. We stay 3 nights here.

Osaka stay for family of 6.
Family holidays visiting Osaka, Kyoto and Nara. Hotel was good size, spacious and clean. Very close to train stations. They also had breakfast buffet at extra cost, but there were a couple of good breakfast eateries nearby. Customerservice was very good, no complaints there. A park was nearby, so had a good place to do my daily jogs and walks.

Felt a bit far from the main attractions in Osaka however the neighbourhood was very quiet. There’s also a train station right beside or a 15 minute walk to the other train stations so be cautious. Facilities were great and staff were so incredibly helpful with everything we asked of them. They really took care of us!
