Your restaurants are absolutely HORRIBLE. I cannot say anything good about the dinning experience. I've stayed here the past 4 years, the first two were wonderful. Now, it is like your restaurants are not run properly. And it shows, last year the bar and dinning room was packed. This year both were empty, with no entertainment. Very disappointing, because we liked coming there.

The hotel location is perfect for visiting all Disney parks. However, it is quite expensive and overrated with high parking fees, pricy restaurants, and no guests welcoming treats. My family traveled there for the holidays and we found it greatly overpriced.

It was a phenomenal stay, though I wish the fees did not include tips to allow the customer to make that decision. The dining options were great. However, the prices were steep, and we chose to dine outside the resort. It would be great to give the option to include breakfasts at a reasonable fee. Regardless, the pools, the views, the area, and the overall experience were wonderful. Thank you.

Overall the property was nice. This was a family vacation and we enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, mini golf and walking around the beautiful lake. The main downside are the restaurants. There is not enough selection in such a big resort, and the different restaurants serve almost the same menu. Not enough places to eat breakfast and the wait time was outrageous in the restaurants and in the coffee shops. Other things to consider are that many things in the hotel and pools are broken. In most hot tubs the jets didn’t work; the room AC didn’t work; amenities in the room are extremely basics. Indeed we came in a busy time of the year, but the hotel could improve in the areas mentioned.

Price changes when you get there is not very favorable. They charged for resort fees and parking fees which resulted in extra 80.00 per night
