Welcome to the LEGEND

This spacious 5-bedroom villa features: 1 Master bedroom with a king bed and direct access to the pool. Second Master bedroom with king bed and direct access to the pool. The third bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms have two twin beds in each room. The fourth bathroom is located in between the two twin rooms. All bedrooms have LED TVs.

Highchair, strollers, and pack n play are also provided in villa.

Enjoy the screened in private pool and spa, spacious covered lanai with lounges, table, chair and outdoor fan. Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the family room with the 65-inch LED TV.

There is a breakfast bar, kitchen nook and formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a full-size top of the line washer and dryer. There is an awesome billiards/game room. Linens and towels are provided. Cable and wireless internet are included.

Nearby Attractions: Animal Kingdom (5-6 minutes away), Holly wood studios, magic kingdom, Epcot, Typhon Lagoon, Blizzard beach, Downtown Disney featuring Cirque du Soleil within 5 miles. Girls Trip

A Must Stay!
The Legend Property was a great experience. It was very close to everything, especially Disney World for a last-minute day trip! The host Jessie was very attentive and timely in response. I tend to be very particular with cleanliness and this place was very clean with everything needed to host our family for the Thanksgiving weekend. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when we come back to Orlando. I can't recommend this house enough!

Wonderful Vacation Stay
This property's location makes a great base to explore the Orlando area. 10 minutes from Disney parks and about a half hour to Universal depending on traffic. There are a large amount of restaurants in the nearby area off of Hwy 192 for any taste. A Publix and Walmart are only minutes away. The Publix is way less busy. The home is well kept and clean. The kitchen has all the necessary items for cooking if you choose to do that. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool area has a privacy fence around it. It was nice to come home from the parks and relax in the pool or hot tub. All in all, this home is a great way to avoid a busy or noisy hotel or motel experience. I've stayed at Disney resorts and while they are nice, there is nothing better than peace and quiet which this home provides. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

Absolutely Awesome!
We had a fantastic stay at this property! It was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The layout of the house (and with three bedrooms having their own private bath!) gave everyone room and privacy. The hot tub and pool were awesome to relax in after a long day of walking. I was surprised that there was an additional charge of $30/day to heat the pool, I did not see that in the original listing. The host was extremely responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. We opted to take Uber to the Disney properties instead of driving and parking. This saved us a lot of time, as lines for parking were long each day. With Uber (approx $15-$17 each way) we by-passed the line and were dropped off at the front. Overall, an excellent stay and we would definitely come back for another trip. Thank you!

This was by far the cleanest home we have ever rented!!! The attention to detail is very noticeable! Superb communication with renter also!! When we arrived in Orlando my son was sick with a terrible migraine… we were able to get into the home 2 hours early. I can’t thank Jessie enough!! We will be back!

Best Family Vacation Yet
My family and I try to take my daughter on a trip every year for her birthday. Due to Covid and work we haven’t traveled since 2020 so we were excited to finally travel again. We booked this home after looking around for about a week and realizing it checked all of the boxes for my family. This beautiful quiet home was just what we needed after our crazy days of exploring all the parks. The home is incredibly clean and well kept. All the amenities you would need are all there at your disposal. The host Jessie was the icing on the cake. A+ communication from the moment we booked. All directions were clear and precise and if we did ever need help Jessie was there to answer our questions. This house served as the home base for our family vacation. You won’t regret it if you make it yours as well.

This house was great for my family of 5. The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We all loved the hot tub, pool and game room. Washer and dryer were definitely convenient since we were staying 9 days. Would definitely stay here again. Jessie was great with any questions or requests that we had. Great location for the parks, plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children, excellent pool and spa suitable for the whole family. The games room kept the kids occupied while the adults were getting ready and the stroller in the garage meant we didn't need to bring one from the UK Any problems we had, all of which were relatively minor, were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Jessie. We will definitely look at coming back here next time we are in Florida
