Good place to stay
Since our arriving to the hotel, everything was perfect. Valeria in the front desk welcome. She was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was perfect and the room has a lot of space, clean and very comfortable. Also the location is perfect. Lot of places to eat, to visit and walk-in distance form sea world. I recommend this hotel.

Pretty decent hotel except for a few things that other people may not even care about. The only things I didn't like were that there's not a door for the bathroom area and no vent for the toilet area. Also the blinds for my room sucked and hardly blocked the light and the ac was weak and sucked too. Expired elevator inspection cert too so thats not cool and they cannot bring water bottles to your room for some reason. With all that said I still dont think its a bad hotel really but I would stay somewhere else next time.

So we stayed in 314 two issues the room had a damp smell the rug smelled and it’s noticeable when you walk in and the bathroom sink was stopped up I told front desk about smell but because our schedule was hectic we were unable to change rooms , bed was comfortable. But they need to get rid of the rugs asap . Parking was available and plenary places to eat This is my third time staying and we never had a issue

Great stay
The propert and room were clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and spacious. My only complaint is there is not enough parking, after a certain time in the evening good luck finding a spot. Other than that i would definitely stay again. The value and quality are excellent.

Not the best, not the worst
The hotel provided adequate accommodations. Unfortunately, the beds lacked comfort, leading to morning stiffness and back discomfort. Inadequate blackout curtains allowed sunlight to enter. Conversely, the bathtub's size was satisfactory, and hot water was available. Regrettably, the water had an unpleasant smell. The breakfast was unremarkable, and the subsequent day's offerings were significantly inferior. The shuttle to seaworld was nice. Rating would be 5 out of 10.

This is my second year staying at this property in October. We like it since it super close to Seaworld and has like 5 resturants within walking distance. The rooms are CLEAN and spacious for us and reasonable priced. Staff at check in is very welcoming and helpful. My only issue is the parking spots are VERY close together.
