Sun Palm Savannah is a self-catering luxury family vacation villa, located within the gated Windsor Palms Resort near Kissimmee, Florida. Our vacation villa has nearly 2400 square feet of luxury and comfort the whole family can enjoy. The villa features 5 dedicated bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a media suite that is an optional 6th bedroom. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. Guests will enjoy the stunning views from the villa's private heated swimming pool and spa* that overlooks a sprawling conservation area with no rear neighbors. Best of all, our family villa is in the heart of the vacation district and just 3 miles from Walt Disney World Resort!
*Spa heat is complimentarary, additional charges apply to heat the private pool.

Wonderful vacation
This house was all around Great! It fit our group of 7 cheer Mom’s perfectly! The the layout worked well for our group. The location was perfect, close to Disney and ESPN (15 minutes). The house was well maintained and clean. The property manager was awesome to work with, lots of information and responsive to our questions. Will definitely consider this next year!!

Excellent home and very functional
This home is very clean and works quite well if you have a decent number of guests in your family. The kitchen is sufficient and the main family room is cozy. The outdoor pool is very nice, and the garage (game room) is really nice with a pool table and foosball table. The community clubhouse and pool area is great, with an adjacent basketball court, sand volleyball court, and tennis courts with painted lines for pickleball. The location is very close to Disneyworld which is great if you are attending, but the traffic does get a bit crazy at times. Overall, this was a great rental property and I would definitely recommend it. Brett was also a very responsive owner.

Fantastic Villa and great location for Disney
Our overall experience was just amazing, property owner could not have been more helpful and any questions we had were replied to almost instantly. The property was clean and spacious and pool was just lovely. Disney was minutes away and other attractions close too! Thank You for a wonderful stress free holiday!

The Villa made the holiday
Can't speak highly enough about this Villa and how it was perfect for the 11of us. The owner Brett was a joy to deal with and prompt to sort out any issues all of which were minor. Located in a great area 15 minute's from Disney and 35 minute's from Universal. Would book this Villa again if we were to go back.

Disney vacation
My family along with my sister and her grandchild stayed at this property for our Disney world vacation. The property was beautiful! We enjoyed the private swimming pool! The hot tub was a perfect ending after a day at the parks! Location was just mins from Disney world parks! We didn’t have infants or toddlers with us, but the house can accommodate small children! Perfect location!

Amazing house
The house is amazing and the owner was very attentive to our questions. The house is so wonderful we have already booked for 2026. The only reason for the 3 stars at check in is the “gentleman” who checked us in was incredibly rude to us and our whole party twice (both times we had to talk to him). I have tried to contact Windsor Palms to let them know how ignorant this employee was, but cannot find an email for customer service. (So if you encounter the employee and he is rude….it is him and not you).

We’ve been to Florida a number of times and this house tops the list! First off, what drew me to book this place was the initial contact with the home owner, I look for an owner that is swift to reply to my questions because I know I will also get swift responses should a need arise at the house, Brett was that, quick to respond. The house itself is well maintained and in wonderful condition! The decor is beautiful and stress free! Some homes are very loud in their decor, not this one! It sets a pleasant tone for a relaxing stay! The beds are super comfy! Games room was nice and the kitchen was nicely stocked with a good selection of utensils and cookware. I loved the fact that the pool safety fence had a gate in it, something I hadn’t seen before, so it was super handy especially as family with some younger children! If we find ourselves travelling to Florida again, I will definitely check availability here!

Perfect Christmas getaway for our multigenerational family! The property was so clean and well stocked! There was plenty of room for our family of 9. We loved having pool access right outside. The kitchen was amazing and had a great supply of pots and pans for cooking Christmas dinner. It felt like the managers put a lot of time and hard work to make sure the property functioned well for the families who will stay here. I would recommend this property to anyone! Would love to stay again in the future!

Fantastic home, great location!
Having rented villas in Florida for many years this one is definitely at the top of our list. Clean, comfortable and in the perfect location to access everything the area has to offer. Brett was very responsive with communication and super helpful with the couple of things we needed some assistance with during our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and it’s great to find a home that suits families with adult children who prefer non-Disney themed accommodation. It was so good that we’ve already booked to return. Thanks Brett for a wonderful experience.

We have stayed in many villas in Orlando, and this exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully decorated with many thoughtful touches throughout and is very comfortable with a wonderful pool. The location is perfect and is close to all of the Disney parks, the outlets, the malls and many restaurants. Brett was great to deal with, and we would have no hesitation booking again.

From helping us gain entry to the house on our arrival (our stupidity!) to allowing us late check out Brett was an excellent host who was easy to communicate with and very responsive! We've been lucky enough to stay in many villas around Kissimmee over the years and this was the best one yet! Even better than the photos and description it is beautiful and in a fantastic location both in terms of restaurants/parks etc and also the privacy to the back of the property (with excellent views of local wildlife and sunsets!). The house was SO well equipped too with extras such as laundry & dishwasher pods, washing up detergent and even a few coffee pods included - not something provided in every holiday home! Don't hesitate to book this villa - we'll certainly be back again if we decide to visit the Kissimmee area again the future :)

Brett’s house was extremely comfortable and clean. We had so much space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Parks were a close drive away (15-20 min) and the pool and hot tub were amazing after long days. Brett was quick and responsive, we would recommend this to anyone and stay again!

I would highly recommend this home. Perfect place to stay and relax after leaving Disneyworld. In close proximity to everything you need. comfortable beds and nice linens. Beautiful pool and hot tub. First class property and wonderful stay
So we’ve rented villas in Florida for the last 30 years, staying at Windsor Palms many times. It’s a great resort, close to entertainment, restaurants, shops as well as the theme parks. Lot of new places opened in the locality so amazing choices of places to eat with live music close by too. And not to forget a chick fil a! Windsor palms itself is a secure, clean, well maintained community with access well controlled by efficient gatehouse. This villa is by far the best we’ve stayed at. Very spacious, lovely decor, comfortable and spotless. It was well supplied on arrival with cleaning products but is so well stocked with cutlery, crockery, plastic poolside dining and plenty cooking pots utensils etc. pool area is lovely with nice outlook and not overlooked at the rear. We chose to have pool heat and was prefect temperature and meant could use in evening if we wanted. Booking process, registration and communication were all excellent and owners provide good instructions and guide book. We loved our stay and would recommend this home without reservation. It was excellent and we have stayed in many. By far the best villa we have rented, in a fantastic location and we hope to return to it again soon.
