Great location
4 out of 5 stars. We are a group of seven adults(all family) ranging in age from 22-64. This rental has a great location for restaurants and shopping. We only did one park as we mostly hung by the pool. The pool was excellent along with hot tub which were heated well.(Additional cost for heat). The house furniture and beds were comfy. The kitchen was appointed well. The host and property manager were awesome and the most responsive in all our ten years renting homes down here. There was a bonus of toiletries when we got there...TP, hand soap, dish soap, etc. Usually we have to purchase those. What makes it 4 out of 5 rating was we felt there wasn't enough patio seating outside. Also the recliners in rec room/garage --only two of five(?) work/reclined.Lastly the upstairs King bedroom in the back of house--the toilet kept running. Didn't make us lose sleep though. If you're going to parks a lot on your trip, this spot is most convenient. Walmart minutes away too. Now if only we could bottle the sunshine and take it back to our northern winter!

great location
we stayed here for a family vacation to all the parks. its within 15 to 20min. of anything you want to do. close to the Disney locations. there is all the amenities you need very close like groceries and eating out. we ate at a Brazilian restaurant that was awesome and recommend. it was only a 2 min. drive from house. everything was clean and the owner stays in touch so everything works out to the best. would stay again if we came back.

Disney Girls Weekend
This home was perfect for what we needed it for! I loved how many king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms this home had. It was within 20/25 minutes to Disney and in a nice gated community. Checkin was a breeze, property owners were so kind and super responsive. We had an issue with the lock on the first evening but luckily they were close by and were able to fix the code. Some of the areas need a little updating but It is a perfect vacation home for families and wish we had more time to spend at the house to enjoy the game room and pool a little more. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful family place to stay near Disney
This small gated community is a great place to stay. Location in relation to Disney is wonderful as well as a lot of other amenities. Pool area could have been cleaner, but Hurricane Milton just went through and that may have had an effect. We loved our stay here.

Loved the location. House was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. The house manager who lives across the street was incredible. They had lights on when I arrived late night making it very inviting. Manager offered to get me groceries and was extremely accommodating. Very friendly!

We had a wonderful weeks stay. Owner was quick to respond with questions/concerns we had. He even had someone drop off extra paper towels when we ran out. The house was stocked pretty good. Could use a few more kitchen utensils but had the essentials. The house was pretty clean and smelled cleaned when walking in. Thats a huge plus for me. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The layout is great. Floors, counter surfaces, bedding and toilets were clean but I feel like it could use a deep clean...(shower floors could use a good scrubbing, inside of microwave, vents, blinds, ceiling fans, baseboards, etc were very dusty). That being said, I'm pretty OCD about cleaning so my standards are high...but we would DEFINITELY stay again. We played pool in the game room once and enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub nightly. Having those private amenities was so nice. We all would recommend staying here with a large group. We had 8 guests ranging from ages 10-47. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We look forward to coming back!

My family and I are very grateful and pleased for the great service and stay they offered us. We rented this house to spend New Year's with our family since we traveled from NY and it was the best thing we could do. This house is magical, its rooms take you to another place, they are beautiful. Everything was super clean and organized. The pool and jacuzzi were at an excellent temperature and we really enjoyed it. Super recommended!!!
