The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are the only thing that is 5 star about this hotel. I don't know if they're trying to remodel on a very tight budget, but the first room they put us in was absolutely terrible. The main door had a gap underneath large enough to get my fingers under, and was covered in dirty peeling paint. The walls had large dirty scuffs, dents, and weird marks all over the room. To top of the weirdness, THE ROOM HAD NO BATHROOM DOOR. Staff promptly switched us to another room that was much nicer when we complained, but warned us that a lot of their rooms currently don't have bathroom doors. In summary, wonderful staff, but this hotel needs work done, check your room before you bring your belongings in.

Staff was friendly and quick to solve issues. Room was comfortable and clean. Location is close to all kinds of shops and restaurants. Great place to stay for the price. Would definitely stay there again.

Not knowing the area AT ALL but traveling over 13hrs from the UK we needed a quiet, safe, clean place to rest before driving another 4hrs north… this was not the best choice. Very dirty room & bathroom, felt like it was actually a place (the entire hotel/motel) where long term tenants lived tbh… very noisy all night long. For the price felt like it should’ve been A LOT nicer- but I guess it’s just the area too :/

Stayed for one night, as others have said it is very loud with highway traffic due to the location of the hotel, also the hallways and room doors create a lot of echo so it was loud most of the night. Room felt as clean as it could be for an old property, however i did see a small roach in the bathtub when I turned the light on in the night. Staff was very friendly

This is a roadside motel, staff is very accomodating. Stayed here during hurricane and it was safe from the elements. Had a dog, grassy area for her to walk.

We booked this hotel purely as a place to store our luggage for the day, having disembarked our cruise early in the morning and not due to fly until the evening. Rather than pay for luggage storage, having somewhere to shower and freshen up made sense. On checking in, the first thing we noticed was a musty smell in the lobby - I’m guessing it was coming from the air con unit. The guy who checked us in clearly confuses professionalism with seriousness, as he had zero interpersonal skills and lacked any kind of warmth; not rude in any way, just not welcoming. I also noticed he didn’t say please or thank you throughout the process of me paying my security deposit and receiving my room keys. The room itself looked ok - supremely basic, however we knew that when we booked. The room also had a pungent musty smell - I’m wondering when the last service was done on the AC units. We dropped the luggage and set off to walk around 15 minutes to Florida Mall. As we walked past the ground floor rooms, there was an unmistakeable whiff of ganja in the air. When we returned to freshen up, the shower was ok (tap at the bottom is quite literally just attached to a pipe poking out of the wall, but worked fine), water pressure and functionality was adequate. I noticed there was no way to physically lock the hotel room door with any type of dead bolt, so you are at the mercy of the electronic keycard lock. I would not choose to actually sleep in this hotel.
