Very nice cottage close to resort. Make sure you get one as close to resort as possible if you want to be walkable. Some units are so far in the back, walking isn’t possible unless you are training for the Olympics.

Check out is at 11am at 10:10am a man opened our unit and came in with out any warning from housekeeping. I had young girls getting ready changing for check out time. Completely inappropriate. How can a man or anyone, just come in to a unit like that?? Spoke with manager Claudia, nothing was done. Ruined the whole experience!

The property was clean, safe and with a lot of amenities nearby. The only complaint was that I could not contact the front desk from our cottage using the landline. We loved the property otherwise.

Everything was amazing. Check in was fast and easy and we were not hassled or harassed to buy anything or participate in events we did not want to. We had two problems that were fixed the first day within hours. They were courteous and gave detail information.

Great villa, clean and spacious. Only thing was there wasn’t a lot of utensils and plates etc there were only 3 of us but you needed to regularly wash things to reuse. There was no spatula for cooking with. Comfortable beds. Pool was great and warm. Food was nice too.
