When booking an "Elite 2 bedroom" the photos on that listing should match the property, ie. The kitchens/ living room and the pool WITH Jacuzzi. The small disclaimer at the bottom that says you may get different sized beds etc does not cover what you think you are getting based on the photos, (on both the expedia site and the Margaritaville Cottages site) jacuzzi or no jacuzzi is a bigger oversite if thats an item a consumer bases their decision to spend the extra money and thinks that is what they are getting. Extremely disappointed. Will not be back. Margaritaville resort itself is much better for the money.

The property itself is great, but a little dirtier than usual. Our cottage itself though was bit of a problem. When we arrived we discovered the floors were still dirty. Makes you feel like…well if they cannot mop the floors, are they scrubbing the showers? We also had an ant infestation & some damage to the cottage on our arrival. I.E. hole in wall, broken door hinge, broken front door blind attachment. Another issue was the hot water in the showers. We believe the owner must have turned the water heater down to save money, because the shower only stays hot briefly. The property pools heater was out in one of them & the other one that was working was dirty. They had a bug guy come & take care of our ant problem two days after check in. Which definitely took care of it. Though that should be something the owner or property manager is taking care of…not guests. Then they came & mopped our dirty floors afterwards. I wish we had better accommodations this time around at this property, it was rather disappointing.

I reserved 3 bedroom with pool view & when i got there they said they “upgraded” me to a 4 bedroom with a lake view ,which did nothing for me because all i needed was a 3 bedroom with pool view but it was still nice & relaxing ,Definitely Going again everything is close by & the shuttle (which is a comfy van ) takes you anywhere on the property at almost anytime.

We stayed at this property as we evacuated from Tampa during the hurricane. This property had great parking and allowed pets which was amazing. The couches do need a deep cleaning and the washer smelled of mildew. Other than that, we enjoyed staying here.

We evacuated from the West Coast, so I really shouldn’t complain… Just a few things ..at the front door of this place was a huge puddle even in the slightest rain as the front door mat was floating in it and it’s super dirty and sandy all around the walkway. I’m glad I brought extra towels because we laid them all over the floor. There was no indoor Matt to wipe your feet The kitchen was definitely bare bones for cooking. There were no matches and no lighters for candles. There was one 2 ounce bottle of dish detergent.?? The beds were very comfy and the AC worked wonderful!! The pools and tiki bar were open, and that was a great delight!!
