A horrible stay & Unresponsive corporate office
We stayed on this hotel several times over the last 5 years and were shocked by all the issues we had. Hotel was clean but lots of wear and tear. After our 1st night, we had to change rooms because the air conditioner flooded the floor including our luggage. Two days later, we get a text informing us the hot water was out in the entire hotel (night and morning). On our last day, my daughters got stuck on an elevator, the morning of her Master’s graduation. While stuck, they took a picture of the expired inspection/operation certificate. The local hotel staff was great in responding but I contacted corporate and got I generic reply despite the account and pictures of the incident. My step dad helped pry the door open to get them out between levels and the lights in the elevator went out for a period of time. We will never go back to this hotel or any in the chain.

Location is perfect if UCF is in your agenda. Premises are in good condition, although a few things aee beginning to show a slight wear: elevators. Gymn is well equipped but needs a better daily thorough cleaning. Breakfast is just not appealing at all, but considering the rate, you can always go out a d find a real breakfast place.

It's a college town hotel and looks like it - not that clean, a little beat up. Extra charge if you want to check in before 1pm.

From the bed itself, the bathrooms and breakfast were very good in general. However, the first room had a bad smell like humidity. The second, the one we staed for the night, had a broken AC that kept us fresh but not not cool/cold enough.
