"Great house, even better than the listing indicated. Great pool and hot tub, huge living area and plenty of space for a group of 14. The movie room was great, with a highlight of watching Space X launch a rocket on the big screen, then walking to back yard to watch it in the sky. The upstairs is next level with the Dino Game Room. We also enjoyed the pool and lazy River at Club House. Great house and great vacation." Chris W.

Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

There is a BBQ gas grill kept at the home. The cost to rent it is $95 + tax..

Perfect Place for a Large Group
The house was perfect for 4 families with teens. Kids loved the pool and the game room. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and conveniently close to the places we wanted to go to.

Property was extremely dirty upon arrival and the outdoor furniture was broken. The swiftly changed the furniture and the cleaner arrived but was not interested. We then noticed the dishwasher was black with mould and attempted to clean it but it was broken. Luckily we noticed before using the cutlery as we would have been poorly. The outdoor patio I had to sweep and there was trash left all outside the pool screen. We spoke to the property manager who was helpful but there was only so much he could do as the owner hadn’t paid the bill. The furniture was damaged and shabby overall I would recommend people avoid this property.

Awesome!
This home was clean, spacious and accommodating for my family of 15. The pool and spa were clean and the water crystal clear. The rooms are a nice size and the kids really enjoyed the dinosaur theme. Keith, an awesome person to communicate with and gave excellent instructions on directions and how to care for the property. We’ve had friends ask for details on the home. We will definitely book again when in Florida. Thanks Keith!

Close to the parks!
Overall it was a great place! A few bumps, but Keith was quick to address them and get them taken care of. Plenty of space for groups or to find somewhere for a bit of quiet time. The only negative was the house wasn’t as cool as we like. We like 68 and it stayed at 71-72.

Couples Retreat
This house was perfect. With so many king bed rooms, we were able to have our 6 friends couples stay comfortably. There were so many features of the house that met our needs including the bar outside, projector above the pool, and movie room. The pool heater and jacuzzi worked well for our group and the host was very communicative and helpful at every turn. We typically do a new house for our trip each year, but this is a house we would definitely come back to again!

Awesome house
The house was amazing. Kids/teens would absolutely love this house. We enjoyed the pool, in-home theater, poolside movies, and game room. Everything was very clean and the clubhouse area was a lot of fun. We had an issue with the dishwasher when we got there but they sent someone over to look at it the next day. Only one suggestion for improvement: stock the kitchen a little bit more. We had to buy a big pot as well as baking sheets. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this beautiful home to anyone!

The house is nice with plenty to do. It’s close to everything and in a nice neighborhood. We played 5 different golf courses and never had more than a 30 minute drive. It could’ve been a little cleaner but nothing really to complain about. They communicate well and were really easy to work with

Property is exactly as pictured. Game room and theater were great for a rainy day, and my son enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The property manager was extremely communicative and addressed the one small issue we had within an hour. I would absolutely rent this house again, we had a great time!

Amazing, exceeded expectations
Beautiful property. We stayed with 16 people, 8 adults and 8 kids and everyone had plenty of space. The kids loved all the themed rooms, dinoasuar and play room. We loved the heated salt water pool and used the theater room every night. Even used the resort amenities which were walking distance, great splash pad/water park and lazy river. Would definitely stay here again.
