The community has recently opened a 2nd clubhouse with additional water slides, a splash pad, pool, mini golf and bar / restaurant.

Champions Gate Resort is ideally located with easy access to all of the Orlando attractions. Enjoy World Class Theme Parks, Outlet Shopping Malls, and Championship Golf Resorts.

You'll be a quick drive from a wide range of local restaurants or a quick walk from the Oasis Clubhouse which has a restaurant and a full service bar.

The Oasis Clubhouse also features two huge resort style pools. Including a fun pool with a water slide, splash park, and a lazy river to accommodate guests of all ages. Rental of one of the fully serviced cabanas is also an option for a more luxurious experience.

The house comes stocked with an Xbox One, Xbox 360, and over 30 games for the competitors in your party. We also have a Foosball table and Pool table in the game room!

Pool Heat Is An Extra Charge.
Pool/Spa Heat is an additional $25 per day. Please make note upon booking your accommodation that you would like to add this amenity.

Pool heaters maintain a water temperature with a maximum of approximately 88 degrees. 80-degree water temperature will still feel 'fresh' when the outside temperature is in the high 70's/80's.
The pool heater operates for 12 hours each day at the same time as the pool pump is running. For this reason, the pool will feel a little cooler first thing in the morning and will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
Cold nights will render it less likely that optimum temperatures will be reached during the daytime.

The pool is visited on a weekly basis by qualified pool technician and certified COPS and the pool water is checked using Taylor Test Kits. If there happens to be heavy rainfall then worms, insects and debris can end up in the pool - we provide a pool net for your use in between the pool visits.

With a resort like Champions Gate, you can have a complete family dream vacation without ever leaving the property.
However, with such close proximity to so many of Orlando's world famous attractions, you will also be ideally located to experience all the fun and excitement the city has to offer without excessive travel time.

The property is located right off of I-4, your gateway to all of the area attractions.
Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away.

Family Christmas Vacation
Our family travels to Florida quite regularly. We got together for a Family Christmas Trip and we booked this property way in advanced to ensure we found a good option. This was a GREAT option. We had 4 teens and 1 child amongst the group. The kids loved it. The games room and pool were used frequently. The house was spacious and it never felt like we were on top of each other. Everything we needed was there … even an artificial Xmas tree. Tom was a great host. He was accommodating, helpful and very responsive. On several evenings after long days at the parks we would enjoy the pool and hot tub. There is so much near the property and Champions Gate has so much on property. Would definitely recommend this property to others !

Great Family Vacation
Tom’s place is as listed. Fantastic. Plenty of space for larger groups though we only had 3 of us there. It is a 4 minute walk to the clubhouse. Tom is very quick to respond and eager to help. We had no issues during our stay and would absolutely book the house again.

We recently stayed for a week and can't say enough about the place. Did not disappoint. Kids loved the pool at the house and we enjoyed the spa especially after long days at the parks. Spacious rooms, clean etc. The ability to use the tail clubhouses was perfect for the days at home. Tom was very attentive to all our wisdoms questions or needs. Definitely recommend!

Had a great two weeks staying at this lovely villa. Booking and check in process was excellent and the host quickly responded to all questions. Villa was large and comfortable with pool and all amenities needed for a great stay. Really convenient for visiting Disney World and other locations in Florida. Would highly recommend!

No grab bars in any bathroom, no railing around pool no AC or Heat, only 3 of the 8 TV's worked . Talked to owner about tv remotes and he thought the remotes were not placed with the correct TV. Garbage desposal did not work on last day. 3 xbox controllers did not have batteries.

Lovely family villa with plenty of space, & pictures matching reality!
Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa. The pictures really do look just like the villa! The host was so helpful and so quick at responding with any minor issues. Air con and pool perfect, lots of space for all & the games room perfect too. The bbq is not included & heating of pool is extra too, along with the pool area not getting much sun throughout the day. But overall super happy with our stay and would highly recommend this villa :-)

Awesome Family Vacation
My family and I stayed at this property for a Disney family vacation. Our stay was wonderful. The property is very well maintained and exceeded our expectations. We loved the proximity to various restaurants and convenience stores as well as to Disney. The host was very communicative and always addressed any questions we had in a timely fashion. Great off-site Disney Vacation home
Our party of 3-families stayed in this beautiful vacation home for a spring break Disney vacation. We had 3 adult couples, 2 teenagers, and 3 younger children. There was plenty of space to spread out, relax and unwind. There is so much living space for entertainment, swimming, cooking, and dining together. Tom is a very attentive and thoughtful host and made sure we had everything we needed. We were a short drive from all the Disney parks and enjoyed having our own private pool and hot tub to come back to after a long day of the Disney crowds. A perfect option for any Orlando vacation!

Great experience overall
This property was extremely clean. The home was beautiful. There were some neighbors that were pretty loud next door late into the night. Also, we wished that there were more paper towels, toilet paper, etc included for 9 guests. Other than these issues, it was a very nice vacation for our group.
