The property was very clean, and the owner was very easy to communicate with. The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t watch TV (at night when we we were in the condo) because the internet kept giving us errors and lastly we wanted to know WHO lived upstairs- sounded like they had cement feet stomping around at all hours of the night.The bed in the master was comfortable but I would add more regular pillows.The place was VERY clean though and convenient to Disney (which is one of the reasons we were there.

Great condo really close to all the theme parks. Very clean and perfect for a family. Our 6 year old enjoyed getting to go swimming in the pool and the local community was really nice.

Second stay in Legacy Dunes, nice clean, peaceful 1st floor condo, great location, older but very quiet resort, as advertised, perfect for senior golfing couple. The gym was small but worked for us and the pool looked lovely. Would stay here again.

We were impressed with our hosts warm hospitality and communication with us, checking to see if all was going well and if we ever had any questions. Loved everything about this place. Kids were fishing right from the backyard dock, Peanut Island minutes away. Can walk to the beach to swim or to the ocean side, like 15 minutes walk.

BEWARE! This property was double booked.
We arrived at the condo at about 6:45pm. I entered the code and opened the door. There was already a family in the condo. We both checked our contracts and they had the exact same contract we did with the same codes to get in. It took another hour to get in touch with the owner and he said I would not get my money back. Please be careful if you rent from this person. He told me this wasn't doubled book. How could it not be double booked if there was already a family in the condo??

Great location! Hosts were great.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very accommodating and quick with response times. Any issues we may have encountered were rectified immediately . The location was perfectly located near restaurants, shopping, Disney World, as well as other accommodations/attractions. We can not wait to book this condo for our next getaway trip to Disney World!

Great Stay Great Location
Great place for the family. Well maintained, well supplied. Great hot water! Had everything we needed for a week Disney trip. Hosts were very communicative. Easy check in and check out. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable and so were the sheets. The main street it is off of has everything you need and is close to everything. Would definitely recommend.
