Average overall, room was clean although smelled a bit musty upon arrival. The elevator service was limited to one of three so the wait time was extremely long and end up using the stairs

The cleaning staff at this hotel deserve a praise. I often check areas of the hotel that many miss. This room was well cleaned and wiped down in all areas: such as behind the bed, headboard , baseboards, and the bathroom crevices and corners looked brand new. The hotel first floor could use a bit of TLC including removing the carpets, but overall 4/5 star experience and great for the price and amenities. Thank you.

The hotel was in a central location with nearby different types of restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel was clean and the surrounding areas made you feel safe. The suite was spacious and offered a separate area for showering and privacy. The breakfast had a limited selection but the service was excellent!!

If you just want to be close to Universal and are on a tight budget, this place does its job. Other than that, half of the time no one answers at front desk, we had a 5 person room and we had to open and make up the sofa bed because no one answered the phone, sticky floors, there were tiny cockroaches in the microwave, horrible mattress. We had a giant light from the parking lot shining into the window that peeked in through the curtains. Will definately try someplace else next time.
