The cleaning ladies got my son‘s Blankey that he’s had ever since he was a baby confused with one of their blankets and took it and it took three days to sort through all of all the Hotel’s blankets they refuse to do it I had to go out of my way and do it, and I wasted an entire day sorting through all of those blankets didn’t even give us somewhat of a discount. We’re just saying sorry and that was that it was pretty sad. This place has a lot of potential, but they need to learn how to be a little bit more compassionate and empathetic.

Beautiful Resort. I loved my stay, was here for 7 nights. The bed was super comfortable. We had a beautiful view. The only thing i personally I didn’t like was the bathroom. It was cleani and nice but a bit small. The shower was tight. And it had a rainfall shower head which I hate. But I would definitely stay here again. Was the most beautiful resort I ever been too.

Maybe this is an Expedia issue, but we were put in the Ocean suite as opposed to the Wind Creek. We thought we were staying in the Wind Creek. We also were under the impression that it was all-inclusive - which it was indeed not. No one was really helpful with respect to that. The food is nothing to brag about. It was average and overpriced. My husband and I spent more time getting food outside of the resort. The Flamingo Island and amenities there are breath taking and the best part of the stay. I would come back to Aruba, just perhaps at another resort.
