Nice property dirty condo
Property was great. Condo was dirty. Master bedroom had matted carpet and stains on the wall clear someone spilled a drink prior stay. Walls in den with water stains and tons of scuff marks. Furniture indoors and patio was in good shape and clean. Condo could be very nice but needs painting and more attention to cleaning. No shampoo or conditioner provided in the showers.

Please tell Caribe management, will never stay again. Drunken kids everwhere. They ran the place.
Finally, there were some arrests made but it was to late. Fighting, swearing , groups of 50 or more just roaming around day and night. You could not get near a hot tub after 8:00 pm, as there would be 75 drunken kids in the tub.

D603 was everything it was advertised as. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful, overlooking the pool and the water. The condo is close to the elevators, but we had no issues with noise.

The condo was beautiful! The check in process was confusing at first. I would have preferred the check in info earlier. I did not like that the rental did not come with two parking passes. For as much as it cost, two parking passes would have been expected.

The room was nice. The beds were comfortable. The shower is the master bathroom is so slippery, it is very DANGEROUS. I fell in the shower and got numerous bruises. It is not safe to shower in there.

Worst VRBO experience to date
Washing machine door broke, telephone didn’t work, dishwasher only ran properly here and there, disposal didn’t work, door handle loose. The only concern that was addressed was the door handle- the caribe staff came to address that and unfortunately couldn’t fix it because “it would be replaced in the next few weeks”. We resorted to wedging an old broom stick between the washer and the wall to keep the washing machine door closed so we could wash towels. Several security guards were rude about the phone not working and even after leaving our cell number at the gate (with an understanding guard) we continued to have issues with the kids coming and going from the Pass. If you don’t like being sent to your room after 11 don’t visit. There were so many unruly kids around that even adults were not allowed to sit in the Atrium at one point. There were so many cops it was like we were in lockdown. Simply crazy!

Beautiful views, wonderful location, and so many pools! Great amenities and lots to do on the property. The jacuzzi tub did not work in the master bath, but not a huge deal. It was beautiful and wonderfully furnished!

Do Not Rent!!!!
This unit should not be rented out until major repairs are done. The master bath commode had overflowed before we checked in . The molding was not replaced and the carpet was not put back in the master closet. The owners need to take some time on this unit like replace all carpets and new dishes would be a big help.. Also, every year we stay here the parking passes are always included and on the counter when we get there. This year was not the case and had to spend an additional $50 for parking passes. DO NOT STAY IN THIS UNIT!!!

We stay at the Caribe every year. This unit had mold and messed up ceiling tiles in the master shower. The carpet in the bedroom was nasty and kitchen ware needs to be updated. VERY DISSAPPOINTED for the money we paid!!!

I loved that check in was done by email. This was so easy and fast. Yesssss condo was clean and very nice better than I expected.. the view was great.. I have to admit we were a bit loud the first night ...but no one complained. The only problem was we paid for parking and was not able to use the space there was all was someone park there...
