Came for the weekend and loved it. Pretty quiet. Some things to do around the neighborhood. If you want to shop you’ll have to drive.

It was almost perfect! The staff were nice. The shuttle and valet were so kind, efficient, and convenient! We were informed, after checking in, that some of the rooms' thermostats were stuck at 72°. We went at a cooler time and it wasn't bad for us. I don't believe it got over 70°. Very clean. Very roomy bathrooms. Located downtown so close to a lot of great attractions. Really great stay and worth every dollar. Would stay again!

The hotel is really nice. My only complaint is you can’t control the temperature in your room past 68 degrees. My boyfriend and I like to sleep really cold and when I called the front desk they said most rooms don’t even go below 72. While the temperature in our room said 68, it had to be much warmer than that, as when we were just sitting in the room it was stuffy.

Bedding on both beds had blood on them. Called front desk, she offered to bring sheets so we could change the bedding. Called again after second bed had blood on bedding and asked for another room she said they were booked but she would come up and change the sheets. The tv did not work either. Apparently no customer service if you use Expedia.
