Unique and cozy!
This hotel was so unique! Loved the structure, history and simplicity yet beautiful touches in decor. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet! Having two bars was a nice touch. Didn't have to go anywhere in the cold. Only gave 4 stars in comfort because we weren't able to turn the heat on and it did get cold in the room. Otherwise no complaints!

I had a leaking shower for both days I stayed. First day they would not change my room and had me wait for maintenance. And on the second day they said they could not transfer me to another room due to check out, and I would have to wait on maintenance for the second time to shower . For being a boquie hotel my stay was less then idel for the price. Honestly very mediocre for the price/illusion

This was a fine hotel experience. Portions of the hotel are not accessible for disabled people, but the staff quickly moved us to an accessible room. The building is beautiful and historic. Valet parking was quick, convenient, and reasonably price. Dining options are limited. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall hotel was nice. Our bathroom had some recent-looking water damage to the ceiling that was not repaired- a big bubble of paint hanging from the ceiling.
