No one come to clean up the room in the morning unless you request for it. No refill of Kleenex. Bed is too soft. AC is loud, keeping turning off and on all night. Can’t sleep well. Breakfast of good.

Great Location
Our first stay in Omaha and Old Market area came highly recommended. We were within a very short walk to antique/vintage stores and wonderful restaurants, including Upstream Brewing Company, Jams, and Spaghetti Works. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

It was perfect for a visit to Omaha from "far away." Clean, cozy, convenient for walking to everything. It was quiet. We didn't want to leave. It does have a parking garage if you need it. The breakfast was included and it was plentiful.

Nice hotel, kids friendly, and close to everything. Only down sides was staff was hit or miss as far as helpful, and rooms use the motion sensors that click constantly and turn air of as you sleep

The property has parking garage issues with arm not lifting to leave. Pool closed at 7 p.m. for an incident they said would take all night to resolve. So no swimming for three 9 year olds. No eggs available at breakfast until after we started eating. Plates and glasses running low or not available. Sausage was sitting in a half inch of grease. And alcohol availability limited at bar.

Advertising was very misleading
I chose this restaurant because the ad said that there was an on-site restaurant. I was going to get in late and wanted that convenience. There was no restaurant. The front desk staff had a few snacks that they could heat in the microwave. They gave me the name of a place that delivered food, but they were short staffed and couldn't do it. I wanted to call down to get another restaurant, but there was no phone in the room, so I made my third visit down to the front desk. Finally I got a sandwich from Jimmy Johns. We were going out the next night and my room had an ironing board, but no iron. The woman at the front desk said she would take care of the missing phone and the missing iron, but that never happened. In addition to manning the front desk, the staff had to be the bartenders, cooks, housekeeping staff (they were delivering towels to a room in the early evening), and concierge. I will say that they did their best to be extremely courteous, but too much was asked of them. Very poor management decision to cut corners like this. I expected the Hyatt to be much more upscale than this. I was deeply disappointed. Don't advertise a restaurant when there is none. That's a bait and switch, and I feel cheated, because I wouldn't have stayed there had I known. The hotel directory, policies, etc. were only available through a QR code sticker on the night stand. That's ridiculous and challenging for many customers.
