Highs and lows with lows outweighing. Nothing was too terrible. Our toilet handle was broken and if you didn’t flip it up the toilet would run nonstop. Microwave didn’t spin and when warming food it smelled like something was on fire ( no fire seen.) fridge wasn’t on when we arrived. Pool is only 3 feet deep which honestly is ridiculous. However the water slides were really fun even as an adult. Kids would love that. The gym is nice but as WAY to warm. When asked if they had paper towels to use in the gym to clean up sweat they did not provide anything. The sheets had yellow spots on them- but they did appear clean just a stain perhaps. The air could not keep up with the 100 temp even set to the coolest. Shampoo and conditioner were tiny. Overall I’d say it’s a mediocre hotel and I wasn’t impressed. Would have expected to pay closer to $100/night for what it was.

It had a wierd smell, like insense that indians burn, hirt my eyes. Hallways havent been vaccummed in a long time. Air conditioning dodnt work well. We had to clean the dorty filters to make it work somewhat decent.

Nice but needs second working elevator
The Room was clean and nice. The check in staff was pleasant. Biggest frustration was only one elevator worked, the other was shut down. Wait times to move up to any higher level floor was crazy long and the elevator was always full of people. Due to the elevator next to the pool being out of service, the floor to the elevator was always wet. The stairs next to the working elevator do not lead to the lobby but to an outside service door, which caused frustration after descending 7 flights of stairs.

Hotel is old and in need of a lot of updating. Mold everywhere. Our bed had plaster from the ceiling falling on it

We stayed here one night on our way to SD. Check in was great. The front staff including the GM were courteous. The room looked nice but within the next couple of hours our toilet and bathtub clogged up and wouldn’t drain. The front staff promptly sent a guy to fix both which he did. Shortly after, I felt a bug jump on my arm. It was a flea then another one in the bed. Called the front again and they switched us to another room. The bed was comfy and no fleas in the new room. Breakfast wasn’t great. Most of the hot items were a premade watery mix including the eggs, gravy and juice. The counter and containers were nasty. Overall not a great experience. I won’t stay here again.

Dirty and understaffed.
We’ve stayed here multiple times over the past five years as our kids love the pool. This time things were very different. Bed sheets and blankets were stained and the matress was so overused that there were intents on the two sides of the matress. When I went down to get extra sheets and blankets for our two kids sleeping on the pull out couch, I was told I would have to wait until 11pm when the night person got in because there was only one person on staff for the entire 7 floor hotel from at least 8pm-11pm. The room itself showed some dirt and wear. This will be the last time we stay there.

Older hotel, not many upgrades, the lobby did not have air conditioning and was 85 degrees on one of the hottest days of the year. One time when we got in the elevator, the maintenance man had to ‘push and jiggle’ the doors together to get them to close. We took the stairs from then on out. Stairs look like something from a parking garage, shady. Front desk refused to give paper copy of receipt saying “you can download it from Expedia”.

Ice machine right by the elevator where I stepp off was under repair. They had left all the covers off of it, very unsightly. And the after looking further saw the mold and scale build up in the machine. Another thing, that I am going to call corporate about. When going to check out, the front desk told me my security deposit would take 14-15 days to be put back on my card since I used a debit card. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!
