Complete and utter disaster with valet parking and parking in general. The entire drive up entrance was blocked with cars and stayed that way for hours. The cars were backing up into the downtown street blocking traffic there. The hotel clerk’s suggestion was to park at the Sheraton. Next time, then, we’ll just stay at Sheraton.

Just had an overnight stay and I am extremely disappointed. First, the only luggage cart we could find had one wheel that was completely falling apart, then we get off the elevator on the 8th floor and the sign that directed us to our room number was backwards. It told us our room was down the left hall. The floors are a complete circle so we followed it all the way the left side around the floor and ended up right back by the elevators but on the right side hall. Fix yours signage! Then we get to the room and the carpet is soaking wet. Like really wet. So we called down and they switched us rooms but instead of offering a room on the same floor or higher they gave us a room on a lower level on the side of the building that the giant spotlights light up the room all night. No one wants to be up all night with that or to want to look out your window at the city but you cant because your blinded by the lights that spotlight the building. I take my shoes off in the second room and THE FLOOR IS WET as well. At this point we have an event that we are now running late for so we don't bother with the front desk again. At this point we were in a hurry and just done with the hotel. Had to keep our shoes on in the room to keep our feet dry. The hotel breakfast itself was typical, not great but not the worst food I've had but the waiter was fantastic. All the carpets were old and stained. There's water damage on the walls in out bathroom. For the price of over $200 a night I'm extrem

Vallet Parking attendants great… but takes at least 20 minutes to get your vehicle. Room was very poor condition and outdated compared to many of the hotels in the area. Staff argued with each other during my late check-in and seemed put out by me being at the hotel. Don’t go here if you expect a positive experience. Will not be back, especially when there are less expensive options in the Bricktown area. We come here every other month to get away and love the area. First and last time at this hotel.

We were on the Club floor, but the club lounge didn’t have snacks available and no one around to ask, even though we were there during the hours specified. That was fine, we walked to another hotel for a lovely evening of drinks and dinner. The valet staffat that Wyndam were very friendly and helpful. We've stayed at Wyndham hotels before and will again.

The only problem was the sink "gurgled" at times especially at night and wasn't told I had to request cleaning services. Otherwise the room was nice and the staff were helpful

If you have a question or need anything- the front desk people are very put out!!! It’s like you are severely inconveniencing their social hour with their staff friends or interrupting their texting on their cell phones. Def won’t be staying here again.

All the staff was amazing and kind!. Just two complains: the sofa had some stains and a little dirty. And the valet parking too slow!.. i had to wait 30 min for my car!
