The only complaint was the elevator was down when we got there but they had someone to take you up and down when you needed to use it. Just a small inconvenience. Next day it was working.

Not so accessible
I’m wheelchair bound & reserved an accessible rm. Although the room had a roll in shower, the rest of the room was NOT accessible. The room was overly crowded with furniture so I could not maneuver my wheelchair. The handheld shower head was mounted more than 6 ft off the ground (my husband had to stand on his tiptoes to be able to reach it - granted he is short (5’4”)). The bed was so high there was no easy, safe way to transfer me from my wheelchair to the bed. When I mentioned this to the staff at the front desk, they were quite argumentative and told me there was nothing they could do because the room requirements were hotel policy.

Staff was very helpful to get me checked in early!! Room was great with the separate kitchen/den for early risers. Breakfast had great choices. Pool/area around it could use a little sprucing up, but it was ok. Have already booked again for end of July!!

We frequently pick Staybridge due to the 2 bedroom option. With a family of four having 2 separate bedrooms and each kid gets their own bed, plus having the full kitchen is so convenient! Staff at this location was amazing!! They helped me fix my reservation when Expedia couldn’t help, worked through a power outage and kept the best attitude and helpfulness!!

The property was easy to find and check in. We were only on-site for the breakfast which was well stocked even at 15 min before end and clean! The chairs in the bedroom unit we stayed in could use a cleaning and the unit's furnace filter, but overall the bedding, mattresses, towels and kitchenette were clean well stocked. The pillowcases marked with soft and firm were a nice touch. We traversed the entire midwest in the past week and this was by far the most clean and well appointed location we have stayed in!

We were very pleased with our stay! We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was so spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The kids loved that they had their own room and bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful! The buffet breakfast had so many options! We will definitely be staying here again!
