The traffic noise from our room was horrible. I paid extra for a balcony room, and completely regretted it. It may have been slightly less noisy on the other side facing paycom. The room was also one of the smallest rooms I have ever stayed in.

No extra blankets, pillows or sheets provided for fold out bed. No trash liners in trash can, no information/contact info for any of the hotel amenities. Broken coffee maker. $23 parking fee and charged my card $30. No bar. Although there was a $7 bottle of water that we chose not to drink!

Great hotel- terrible traffic noise!
The hotel itself was amazing. It was beautiful, it was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t get much sleep because of the road noise. Even being on the eighth floor it sounded like we were right outside on the street. The motorcycles would rip their engines, cars would peel out, vehicles would make as much noise as possible near the tunnel.
