The service provided is really good, we have stayed at Hilton Chatan and this for our Okinawa trip and the service here is impeccable. I am a silver member so we have free parking, the parking is valet parking so is really nice! Awesome room with everything inside, will come back n stay again definitely

We were staying in this property 8 years ago. They for some reasons decided to remove the laundry facility. This created quite a problem for us this time. The staffs were very professional as usual though English proficient could be improved.

I stayed 4 nights with my friend. Generally super happy with our stay here! Beautiful clean hotel, spacious room, very considerate amenities such as small packs of shampoo, shower gel, sun cream etc. which are super helpful when we went out to the ri-tou islands to swim and snorkel, and wanted to clean ourselves before travelling back. Hotel stuffs are polite and friendly. Walkable distance to Kokusai-tori, and 10-15mins taxi to Tomarin (the ferry terminal to ri-tou islands) Last but not least, booking with Expedia we were given free room upgrade, drink voucher and dinning discount, which I thought it was amazing deal! Both myself and my friend were thinking to book this hotel again.
