Centralized location to the main shopping belt in Naha, easy access to airport via bus stop (5mins) or rail (7mins) away. Love the amenities provided by the hotel such as coffee/tea, skin products. Do get the premier room as it so much bigger than the usual jap hotel accomodation. Only con is the pillow, both my wife and I felt that it was way too soft to our liking. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the hotel stay and would love to come back again!

Staff service and location was excellent. The WiFi was very spotty. As a VIP Member, a room with a nice view was requested and the room we got had a terrible view. The staff said we couldn't change rooms because they were fully booked however it was obvious they weren't.

Nice hotel in a decent location. Staff was very friendly despite having weak English. Only real complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable and they only had the hard Japanese-style pillows.
