This two-bedroom, corner condo was thoughtfully updated between 2018 and 2021, offering new LVP flooring, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, appliances, and HVAC. Whether you choose to spend your days walking to the beach or playing mini-golf, you'll be greeted upon your return by two outdoor swimming pools and a kiddie pool to help you make the most of summer days on the shore.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We were very disappointed in this property and the lack of responsiveness from vacasa management. We traveled down for a wedding with a 19 month old. It took us 45 minutes to get into the house because they gave us the incorrect code. We had to go back to the office to get a key and wait for management come to test the code which didn’t work so they gave us a new one. The house is very dusty, no one has cleaned behind or under the beds or between any of the furniture. There were stains on the carpet and chips on the floor next to the couch. We woke up the first morning to an ant infestation by the sliding door in the master bedroom. We called at 6:00 am they put a ticket in and we requested a call from management. Still have yet to hear from them. There seems to be a lack of communication between management and the front desk at vacasa. Will not use them in the future for any rental properties.

Great Place, rental management not so great.
The unit itself was great, especially for a family of 4. The pool was super close to this corner unit and the beach was a close walk away. Plenty of food, gas, and shopping options within a mile. The management of the property, VACASA, was a little frustrating when it came to checking in. The code for the door lock didn't work when we tried to enter the unit. It took almost 2 hours and traveling to 2 different offices to actually obtain a key and enter the unit to start our vacation. The last office we were told to visit to get our a key was close with no employees. By luck, a lady that worked for VACASA had to turn something into the drop off box outside of the office. She was able to make a phone call, enter the building, and get us a key.
