Lovely 2 bedroom condo, with serene water views from your long balcony, accessible from both bedrooms and the living room! Enjoy the outdoor pool, and having an easy walk to the beach! It's also located near restaurants, nightlife, amusements and shops. The condo has a full kitchen, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, Free WiFi, a/c, and parking for 2 cars. Will do mini weeks all summer. The property is non smoking, (this includes the condo, the balcony, and all common element areas on the Lucayan complex. It is a SMOKE FREE building.) and animals are prohibited. Occupancy is 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

This place was very dirty the bath mats were disgusting They could use towel bath mats and wash th
Check in process was seamlessl No problems The hallways were narrow and could not even get the dolly to turn into the door The curtains had holes and shower curtain was torn For the price they could fix up a few things

Needs fixing and cleaning
The tv in the queen room didn’t work. All doors were off hinges in the kitchen and bedrooms. Door handle on the king room is coming unscrewed. Black scuff marks on walls. Dust on ceiling around vents. Handles on kitchen pantry were filthy. The area rugs don’t look like they’ve been washed in a long time. Filter trap in dryer … couldn’t tell the last time that was emptied either. Overall a nice condo with nice layout but it needs to be taken care of and cleaned better.

Nice place with great bay view
Condo was in pretty good shape. Nothing was really new or modern but mostly everything was operational and clean. Good place to just sleep if you plan on being out during the day/night. The bay view from the balcony was great and it was only about block walk to the beach.
