Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The condo's location is great. Walking distance to boardwalk, restaurants, CVS and bus stops. Parking is **street parking only** but many spots can be occupied for multiple days. The AC unit is up front and there is none in the bedroom, but keeping the door open keeps the room cool. The unit was very clean on check-in.

Property was easy to walk everywhere in downtown OC. Parking is strange but we found street parking by the condo and never had to move the car. Enjoyed our stay.

My family and I enjoyed the condo and felt that it fit our needs better than a hotel. It was very spacious, cozy, and perfectly located near the beach and boardwalk. Our only complaints were that there was no AC located in the bedroom so it was a little warm at times, and there was no full length mirror. Everything else was great and we would definitely stay there again.

The place was clean, convenient, & cozy. The cost was very reasonable. Unfortunately the parking was inconvenient and the WiFi was spotty. We were there off season, so we were able to get a parking spot on the street. I’m thinking summertime would be another story.

Cute and very Clean
This place was a perfect fit for my family. It was very clean and has a very well equipped kitchen for family meals. The provided linens and towels were so convenient. Plenty of conveniences close by. The only thing we didn't like was not having the washer/dryer in the room. There is one on the property but we ended up not using it. Having a parking spot was great, although it's not on the property. We always walk everywhere so it didn't really bother us.

This was a great little condo. The condo was very clean upon arrival and provided towels and sheets. They had kitchen and bathroom supplies. The location was very convenient, right near the boardwalk. The AC worked good. The process of getting into the condo was made so easy. We had no issues with the condo during our stay. My only recommendation is they could put a full length mirror in somewhere. Us ladies like to get a full length view before we head out on the town.

Great getaway spot for a couple or small family.
Great location and apartment was functional for what we needed--breakfasts, lunches, and a few dinners in. No real need for your car once you park it unless you want groceries. Pool was a tad dirty so we opted for the beach everyday. Partial AC cools off apartment decently--if you leave the bedroom door open and the fans on at night the bedroom cools off nicely. Would highly recommend to a small family or another couple--not ideal for 4 adults.

Decent, but noisy and ill-equipped
The condo was cute and had enough room for the two of us, but it was ill-equipped. There were no dishcloths or kitchen towels. We were given about three bathroom washcloths, four bath towels, and two hand towels, which we had to split between bathroom and kitchen use for the week we were there. We had to wash them halfway through the stay. The bed was decent-nothing special. But the road outside the window was SO noisy. Sirens, people yelling, construction... you name it. There is supposed to be a quiet hour from 10:00pm to 7:00 AM, but nobody outside seemed to regard that rule. We had a difficult time falling asleep (we went to bed at about 1:00 AM). That wasn't the condo owners fault, however. It is a place people go to have a good time, and I don't blame them. It just made it difficult to sleep at times. Overall, a nice place. We loved the location-it was walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. We just wish it had been better supplied and that everyone wanted to sleep at the same time we did. 😊

Above average is the best way to describe the stay. It is a small place with character. Our expectation level for this place was not set high, as we were looking for a "non-hotel" experience when visiting Ocean City. Pros: -Working Shower -Working A/C -Cable TV (hardly used it) -Decent Wi-Fi (daughter streamed Moana) -Really Close to the beach and boardwalk. (1 block away) -Starbucks across the street -Queen size bed in only bedroom -Comfy couch to sleep on -Ceiling fans in both rooms -Shared private pool access -Equipped with plates, silverware, glasses, coffee maker, etc. -Fellow residence and renters are pretty quiet Cons: -Bedroom can get pretty hot (window screens have holes, therefore couldn't leave them open) -Can be noisy from "hotrods" going up and down the nearby strip. (Was not a big deal, 1 yr old slept through it) -Located on third floor (not big deal if you are ok with stairs) -Parking is two blocks away (only a 5 minute walk, car was ok at end of the week) -No dresser (need to be ok with living out of your suitcase) All in all, it was a good experience and we would stay again or recommend to others.

My husband and I brought our 10 month old daughter here for her first beach trip. Upon arrival, we were concerned about the building this condo is in. It didn't seem safe and wasn't very welcoming. We made our way to the 3rd floor unit, walked in, and I was immediately disappointed that this place wasn't what it seemed online. It hadn't been vacuumed, there was sand and bits of things all over the floor, and sand all over the couches. We were unaware that there was no central air in the unit, just a hotel-like unit in the window in the main room. The back bedroom was so hot that we had to set up our daughters pack n play in the living room because there was no way a baby could sleep in there. My husband slept in the living room with her because he didn't want her sleeping by the front door alone. Our trip was the weekend before Memorial Day and while I didn't exactly expect the pool to be open that weekend, we decided to check it out anyway. It was absolutely disgusting. Green water, moldy and mossy siding...I'd be shocked if they had that pool open in time for MDW. The private parking lot seemed farther away than we anticipated and we were concerned with leaving our car there but it was fine. The other amenities were also fine. We had fresh linens and towels. I will say that the location itself was great. Very quick walk to the boardwalk.

Beautiful Location with Top Notch Amenities
My boyfriend and I needed this vacation as a time to get away from everything for a bit. It was so nice to stay in such a quiet area. The owners provided us with everything needed. We only had to spend money on groceries! The home has such a good feel and the environment is so nice, I would easily recommend this to anyone I know. I didn't anticipate the internet to be so fast or the cable to be so great, but they surely surpassed all previous expectations. The board games were definitely an added bonus :) Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Great location. Clean & affordable.
Not gonna lie. Many of these ~dozen unit apartments in OC are not modern-looking by any stretch and this one is no different, but the place is definitely clean & comfy inside & half the price of the two large hotels it sits between. (Holiday Inn & Quality Inn) The management company was very responsive and checking in was simple. I would recommend this place.
