Welcome to the beach! Century I 1420 is a perfect getaway for creating a memorable vacation with friends, with family, or just by yourself. With breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay, this spacious, two-level, oceanfront condo will have you living the beach life in no time.
Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the oceanfront and bayfront balconies with panoramic views from the 14th floor. Wake up and brew coffee in the upgraded, well-equipped kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, a full-size oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, and lots of kitchen gadgets to make cooking (and clean-up!) a breeze. The living room includes comfortable seating for the family, a Smart TV with cable, a DVD player, and the perfect set-up for games and puzzles. An outdoor shower is located at the bottom of the building (oceanside) to rinse off all the sand from a day of fun in the sun. A washer and dryer in the condo let you have fun, rinse, and repeat!
Take the elevator downstairs and you're at the ocean and the beach. You also have access to great facilities, such as a shared indoor pool, an oceanfront sun deck, and a fully renovated gym with a sauna.
A variety of restaurants and attractions are conveniently located within walking distance, including Jungle Bar next door, Liquid Assets, Trattoria Lombardi's, the Ocean City Public Library, and more. A short drive or bus ride takes you to the world-famous Ocean City Boardwalk with its famous attractions, amusement parks, and food choices. For a change in scenery, beautiful Northside Park (at 126th Street) is a few minutes' drive away and hosts lots of fun events throughout the year as well as a fishing/crabbing pier, a huge playground, and peaceful walking paths.
Things to Know
A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.
The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.
The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
