This first-level 3BR /1 BA Beach House is professionally cleaned with minimal entry steps. This living area has 3 bedrooms / 1 full bath (2 queens and a bunk room). This is the lower unit of a beautiful, historically significant, OC home that consists of 2 private living areas, each with a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay (this does not include beach towels only towels for the home).

The kitchens are fully stocked to cover all of your cooking and entertaining needs. We have the fastest internet WiFi available to meet all of your streaming and device needs.

Every level has a large wrap around deck that you can sit, dine, and relax on with your morning coffee or evening drinks. Your choice - fun in the sun or have it made in the shade!

Enjoy cleaning the sand off in the outdoor shower. Then picture and imagine grilling up a wonderful family meal on the new gas grill.

Safety
of our guests is always a top priority. ​
• The property is professionally cleaned, following Covid-19 Protocols, after every stay with extra attention given to disinfecting high touch areas prior to your arrival.
• The home is monitored by Minut, a noise monitoring system. It does not record ​anything, it only monitors the decibels, in order to maintain your privacy! It also ​helps keep the neighbors and other guests happy too.
• *** Please do not leave little ones alone without supervision on the decks. ***

We do not provide any beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers or beach buggies for your stay. Please bring these essentials with you and don’t forget to bring them home too. If you are tight on space, there are some “Beach” rental companies that you could contact.

**READ ME** We recommend that EVERYONE get trip protection for any unforeseen need to cancel your reservation. This is strictly for your peace of mind! Get a policy that states “coverage/cancellation for any reason.” If you do experience an unforeseen circumstance and the need to cancel is real, you will be RELIEVED you did and you won’t be upset with us. Be upset with yourself, if you don’t get it! You can do a search and use whoever, but we have found the site (travelinsurance) to be affordable and about as simplistic as it can be. They are just a recommendation; we have no affiliation with them. We have a security camera by front door and/or back door which will be on during your stay. We also have Minut noise monitoring system to prevent parties, damage, neighbor complaints, track temperature and humidity to give you a 5-star experience.
