Park up to 2 vehicles and walk to the Oceans Calling and Country Calling festivals. Located in downtown Ocean City, right next to City Hall and recreational park is right in front of the house with lots of sports activities, Basketball court, Skate Park, baseball field and large playground, and newly opened park to watch the amazing sunsets.

The Space

Apartment is equipped with hard wood floors and wooden ceilings throughout, also recently renovated bathroom, bedrooms, paint and furniture. It is a first-floor unit.

Bedroom 1: - 1 queen size bed
Bedroom 2: - 1 wooden twin over bunkbed plus a twin-size bed.
There is a pullout Sofa with full bed in the living room to accommodate 2 extra persons if needed.

- Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). All beds have pillows, and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers.
- Parking is provided for 2 vehicles.
- Pet friendly. Upon arrangement $100 per pet per stay as an additional fee will be applied.
- Smart TVs in bedroom and living room for streaming using complimentary high speed Wi-Fi connection.
