The smell inside the room was that of old urine. The carpet needs to be changed. I would not stay at this property again unless a remodel has been done.

Appreciated the proximity to the Ocean City boardwalk. My daughter liked the pool, but cut her foot and hand on the rough bottom.

The facilities at this property were sub-par -- particularly the air conditioning/dehumidification system. Our rug was damp, it was so wet in our room, which smelled of mold. The air conditioning in the dining room in the morning was BLASTING. The room was freezing and simultaneously wet. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful, getting me a dehumidifier for my moldy room. The pullout couch bed was an absolute joke --filled with springs. Nobody could sleep on that. I did not get my money's worth at this property.

Nightmare in OC
Stay away from this hotel. The furniture is beat up, beds are uncomfortable, wallpaper was pealing in the bathroom, chips in the porcelain tub and the carpet was so dirty that you did not way to take off your shoes. I don’t live in a dirty house and I sure don’t want to stay in a dirty hotel. I’m leaving Hotel.com

it was clean on the inside of the building , as far as the bedroom that i got didn't really care for it , we were four guest in a small room and as far as house keeping the day we walked in the bathroom toilet was dirty i didn't say nothing was only watching and house keeping coming every day for my 5 day and the toilet was still very nasty . house keeping overall didn't do a good job .

It was horrible. When we got there The room key didn’t work and I had to go back and get another one. The door wouldn’t close you had to forcefully close it. The bathroom was dirty. There was a ring around the tub and there were cracks and other gunk around the tub. The walls were dirty in the bathroom around the sink. The bed had plugged around them, but they didn’t work. They were barely any outlets to charge anything. There was dust all around the nightlight and light in the room. I will try to turn the TV on there was no cable cord so I didn’t work and we had to notify the front desk. The workout room was not even a workout room was only a few foot and it was very small. The pool and had a lot of condensation. The ceiling appeared to have mold all over it, and the pool area didn’t look very clean. I would never stay here again.

The room had stains on the carpet and the couch. There was garbage in the sofa when I pulled it out to make a bed. The garbage included pill packages. The bathroom had mold an mildew all through it. In the dining area the chairs were worn and falling apart. The pool area smelled like mildew. I was very disappointed in this hotel.

It Was Quite An Experience
I booked this hotel for a family getaway to Ocean City. We also bought or dog with us. For them to charge $40 a night for the dog, they should do a better job cleaning the rooms. There are stains all over the carpet! I feel like I paid for stains we, nor our dog, never created! A sock was left on the floor by the curtains, there are mold spots at the hem of the sheer white curtain and the thicker curtains do not close for added privacy! On Monday, July 29th we went down for breakfast and had to wait 30 minutes for scrambled eggs! Someone burned something in the microwave, the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate! The smell came up to the 2nd floor where we stayed! The first floor was so smokey, I and a few family members sat outside the hotel until everything aired out.

Dirty & smelly.
The carpet in our room smells and we found dry fries on the floor. There is no fan / air circulation in the bathroom. The breakfast set up is poor & crowded, only have 1 Toaster, out of apple juice, yogurts, cream cheese, etc, even at early morning (8:00 am) the swimming pool area is very dirty & smelly, lack of the air circulation, a lot of dirt at the bottom of the pool.
