This property provides the best in Oceanfront living whether it is looking at the the rolling surf on you private balcony or in your ocean front bedroom. The Amber Waves building is next door to Coconuts Bar and grill which features live music and also serves drinks on their private beach. Also walking distance to the convention center so leave your cars at the condo. There are two car off street parking spaces and free street parking on a first come first serve basis.
