Great Girls Trip!!
This was a last minute girls trip booked as a college reunion. We had a blast being in this beautiful condo!! Spectacular views!! All the amenities we needed. Clean & quiet. Robert, our host, was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend!!

Great Views for Writing!
This has become my favorite place to write! The inspiration I get from these views is amazing. This property is quiet, clean and fully stocked! It’s the perfect place for me to relax and get all my deadlines met for work. My family enjoyed this trip immensely & had a great time as well.

This property was absolutely perfect from the amazing oceanfront views to having absolutely everything we needed during our stay. It was one of the most relaxing and peaceful vacations we’ve had. If you’ve never been to the beach in the winter, do yourself a favor & go!! The winter views from this condo are spectacular!! It was quiet, clean & had everything we needed. Owner was very professional and responsive. Highly recommend!!

The winter views of the ocean from the condo are absolutely beautiful!! The owner, Robert, made check in a breeze and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The condo was stocked upon arrival, was very clean & comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Getaway!!
I was looking for a quiet place to combine a short working vacation and a much needed getaway after the busy holiday season. This condo was absolutely perfect! As soon as I walked in, I noticed it was impeccably clean and fully stocked with everything I needed. The oceanfront winter view from the balcony is AMAZING!! And, what could be better than waking up in the morning to a beautiful view of the ocean right from bed? Overall, the condo was very comfortable and quiet. The WiFi worked perfectly. It was very conducive to both work & relaxation! Robert, the owner, was attentive to every detail and was absolutely great to work with! I will definitely stay here again, in fact, I’ve already booked my second trip and can’t wait!!

Wonderful
This was our fourth year in a row to Ocean City, all at different places. This might have been our favorite. The location was nice, not too far away from the boardwalk, but far enough away that we weren’t in the middle of everything. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy making lunch and breakfast without having to go out, and there was plenty of room for us to all sit. My husband had to work while we were there and the WiFi worked perfectly for him. The pool was nice, and we loved the beach access, which made spending the day at the water so much easier. Hopefully we will be back next year, and can get this place!

It better to stay in hotel with clean sheets and towels daily if need and always have a clean enviro
Upon arrival the unit was in disarray I was not informed about additional expenses that i would have to pay 80 dollars for parking car in owner space also when you pay that amt of money there should at least been a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and at least 1 roll toi

My family and I really needed this vacation after an unexpected death in the family. We were on the verge of canceling the whole vacation. But after deciding to move forward with the vacation. We were very pleased with the property and view of the ocean.

It was ok. 3rd bedroom is the foyer with 2 sliding doors and a pullout couch. Everything is "clean", but not thorough (e.g. dirt on the floor, sand on the couch). Duvets had mystery stains, bathrooms were clean enough. Had to bring our own hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, which we hadn't realized at first. Location was excellent, right on the water. Pool/bar access was nice as well. Parking experience was easy enough. Owner made check in easy and simple.

Family vacation to OC MD
Overall the property fit our needs well. It was nice the kids could all comfortably sleep in the same bedroom. The description was a little confusing as it seems to list 2 dens. The view from the balcony of the beach and ocean is AMAZING! The big screen tv was a real hit with the kids as they could view it from anywhere in the living room and dining room. The outdoor pool was close to the beach allowing the kids to go back and forth. The drive to the end of the boardwalk was just 10 minutes as we ran on it several days and rented bikes as well. Northside Park is just minute's away allowing us to enjoy terrific sunset views while the kids crabbed for their first time ever from the pier. This vacation was full of Great family memories and we look forward to using this property again!

Unfortunate Experience with Owner
The place was advertised as luxurious. When we arrived, a mirror and frame that must have been on the dresser were laying on the floor with the frame broken. In that same room, just after picking up and clearing the mirror, the closet door fell onto us as we simply opened it to deposit the mirror. The place was reasonably clean, but dirtier than we would expect. The bathroom made loud noises when the toilet was flushed. The reservoir of the coffee maker had mold in it. The unit above was having work done and was loud. The indoor pool was closed (which was a major attraction for us). The linens, we presume from the prior tenant, were balled up and on the floor (my wife actually folded them and put them away). But the kicker, after the stay we get a notification that the landlord is charging us for the mirror and door. We sent a picture that we took of the mirror as soon as we saw it upon arrival, which taken with an Iphone would clearly be timestamped at our arrival. We did not take a picture of the cheap old bifold door that fell immediately from the bracket. We did leave the door propped up against the wall. It was clear that the door was old and had come off before. But the owner wants us to pay for it. Ridiculous. I'm not fixing doors at a place that I'm paying to rent. And after trying to charge us, once we sent the picture of the mirror, he has stopped responding but is still trying to charge us. Very dishonest and now we're wasting time talking to VRBO Corporate.

Relaxing Stay
I had a wonderful 3 months at the beach thanks to this condo. I came to the beach to relax and unwind. I completed my stay and had a great time. The condo has a wonderful view of the ocean and beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants a quite place to stay.
