Sea Bright 301 is a luxury bayside condominium. This two-bedroom, two bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking the excitement of downtown. Being near the south end it does have a small view of the beach and inlet at Assateague island, only two blocks from the beach and Boardwalk! This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sea Bright 301 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.
The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the kitchen with an island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has pyramid bunk and a twin bed. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Great location and you get what you see

My boyfriend and our families were very impressed with the location, view, and amenities. Parking was convenient and the location was an easy walk to a few of our favorite places.

Nice condo in a Convenient Location

Condo was in nice condition with comfortable furniture in the living room. We also enjoyed spending time on the balcony, which also had plenty of seating and comfortable furniture. Kitchen was well stocked and met all of our needs. Bathrooms were spacious. Negatives were few--in the middle of the night, the thermostat would reset to 75 degrees and the condo would become very warm. When we checked in, the temperature of the condo was hot--80 degrees. There were also no directions left on how to lock the door using the keypad.

Great location and nice place to stay

Unfortunately, the property was not clean, even though she we were asked to pay a cleaning fee as part of the rental. Other than that, its a great location, nice space and has parking right near the boardwalk. The TVs could be bigger, the master bed was very firm. The other beds were fine. Pull put bed was not comfy.
