Even Keel 301 is a beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a breathtaking view of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!
The living room is furnished with a comfortable, cornered couch, a peach leather recliner, and a television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide, granite counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a twin trundle. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

Everything was clean and as pictured. Our only very minor complaint is some of the outlets were loose so sometimes it was hard to find a convenient outlet to plug in electronics without the plug falling out. But it had everything as advertised plus some extras like beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards and such. The beach wasn’t very crowded where we were and the rooms were perfect for us and our two young children, 1 and almost 4. Restaurants near us were good and not crowded and we were located between the busy high rises and the boardwalk section so it was a little more quiet. Overall, we’d definitely stay again.

Great space for a small family or group
This condo is in an ideal location for many OC destinations, and was the perfect size for our family of three. The space is well-kept and the updated kitchen was great. We loved waking up every morning to gorgeous views of the ocean, and enjoyed staying beachfront. The building that this condo is in could use a bit of sprucing up. The condo doors were all suffering from a bit of rust, and the elevator's certificate expired nearly a year ago - a major worry, especially for those traveling with kids. The balcony rails are rather far apart, and there were no screens on the bedroom windows, which are major safety hazards for children.
