This one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom condo is perfectly placed for those looking to spend their days on the beach a mere 300 feet down the road. Enjoy an air-conditioned living space, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), a private washer/dryer, and a limited side view of the ocean from your private balcony. On the grounds of the building, you'll also have access to an outdoor swimming pool.
This mid-rise building is wonderfully located on the quieter, north side of Ocean City, mere steps from the beach. In the other direction, you'll be a little over a block east of Coastal Highway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions, and less than a quarter-mile east of Northside Park's sports fields, fishing lagoon, two playgrounds, picnic area, two piers, gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and regular events. It's a phenomenal location on a quiet street that's still within a short distance of many popular restaurants, coffee shops, bagel shops, and more.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
