Perfect Stay

the property was lovely, easy check-in process and very clean. The view on the ocean amazing and it was easy access to everything. The bed was softer than my personal taste but it didn't stop me from sleeping well. It is a must return with better weather!! It was 5 stars for sure

Wonderful Place

We had a perfect stay. The condo is well maintained and very clean. The location was great. The beach was beautiful. Check in was easy and we had everything we would need. Nice quiet place to stay off season. Highly recommend!

Perfect relaxing getaway!

Beautiful condo perfect for a couple. Great location and stunning beach views! Owner was very responsive and provided binoculars and a charging station for several devices. Solar tiki torches on the balcony added a nice touch when enjoying the sound of the waves in the evening.

LOVED IT!

Rarely are online descriptions truly accurate, but this one was. The condo is very nicely decorated and has everything you could possibly need. And the view? Oh my goodness. It couldn't get much better! The beach is right there - feet away. Communication with Tom was easy and fast. I do wish the elevator didn’t require a key, so you don’t have to walk up to the condo, get the key, and go back to the rest of your stuff, but that’s not the owner’s fault. I’m a stickler for cleanliness and the entire place was CLEAN! We did find long hairs in some places but, because the place was otherwise spotless, I’m assuming the hair was from the cleaning person and not sure that can really be helped. I’m hoping that the hubs and I can stay here on our way back from Hampton next month, after we take our youngest back to school. If you’re on the fence about this place, get off and book it!

Perfect Getaway

Such a relaxing trip in a beautiful and spotless condo. The location was awesome, steps from the beach with the most amazing views from the balcony. The condo was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. We were fortunate to have perfect weather. Tom provided very clear instructions via email and a copy was available at the condo as well. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely make a return trip.

Beach get away

We were very happy with our stay at the "Beach Box". We were so thankful for the detailed arrival, check in, and parking instructions that Tom provided. The condo was very clean and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. The ocean view is so picturesque. It was beautiful, and the location was really nice for us also.

Peacefull fall honeymoon

We enjoyed our peaceful fall honeymoon. The "Beach Box" was perfect in everyway. The weather was a little more active than we expected, but we enjoyed being able to watch and hear the waves crashing on the shore... very relaxing. The sunrise and almost full moon were terrific to see unobstructed from the balcony, except for the clouds anyway. We enjoyed the board games on the rainy days. Just to be away together was perfect! Thank you so very much for sharing your place. We would definitely like to visit again.

The view was amazing and the condo was perfect.

The condo looks as it was just updated and very clean! It had everything we needed. My husband and I took a mid week getaway and I wish we could have stayed longer. We would love to make this a yearly visit!

Had to leave on Wednesday due to a health problem with my wife. Condo was beautiful with new kitchen appliances and a comfortable bed. The patio overlooking the ocean was very nice. Only one thing to complain about, the bathtub/shower should have support rails.

Beach Front Happiness!

This condo was perfect for me and my husband for a mid summer getaway! The location was so close to so many amazing bars/restaurants and the condo had the most amazing view of the ocean. There were even some cute foxes we could see in the dunes in the early evening. We will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location for us with easy access to the mainland to visit our local friends. Easy access to the beach. Super nice condo with everything we needed! Over looked few items when packing to leave at condo . forgot medication in room ,called owner of room when we got home and no cleaning person seen things I left in room.also darker hall ways when opening doors at condo ,the rest stay was ok construction noises above room early season construction

Great little condo

Been renting in Ocean City for 30 years 2/3 times a year. This is a little gem of a place. Very nicely done, great use of space. Very clean. Views are awesome. Most certainly rent again. Only negative was I am a 5ft Woman and the cabinets and Microwave are hung way to high. For safety issues I did not use the microwave. Cabinets definitely not hung at the normal height.

Thanksgiving Escape

We adore our friends and family, but needed to spend a bit of time on our own over Thanksgiving. This condo had all we needed to be comfortable for a few days away. The view from the balcony was amazing, and it was just a short walk to the beach. Check-in was seamless, the owner provided a booklet with all the information we needed, clearly written and organized in a neat booklet. This was exactly what we were looking for.
