The home has comfortable sleeping accommodations throughout its five bedrooms, and you can spread out for plenty of privacy. There are four TVs and a total of three balconies for outside enjoyment. There is free WiFi for your convenience, as well as a two-car garage and a parking pad. Enjoy the convenience of an outside shower after a long day at the beach.

This 37-acre gated area is a private island community located on 67th Street. The condo and the community are perfect for a family to spend a relaxing week at the beach. You'll be just two blocks from the ocean, restaurants, mini-golf, the OC Bus, and shops. The Community amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, three private beaches, boat slips, a crabbing pier, an island cafe and pool bar, a general store and 24-hour security, gated access, and an interactive fountain.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
