Located in the heart of downtown Ocean City, MD, on the bay side. Only 3 blocks from the beach & boardwalk (5 minute walk).
Multiple beds to comfortably sleep 16 people total. Fully stocked kitchen. TV & Cable & Internet access. There is a large combined dining room & living room area as soon as you walk in the door, great for everyone to sit around and relax. A nice side porch and patio area underneath perfect for sitting back to enjoy the breeze & enjoy the warm summer sun! Only a short walk to the beach & boardwalk. Many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance from the unit! Located on Dayton Lane on the bay, a very quiet & quaint location, away from the busy highway!
There is a concrete pad in front of the garage doors that can fit 2-3 vehicles, depending on size. Guests do not have access to the garage. All other vehicles will have to do free street parking. There is plenty of free street parking along St Louis Ave, or any of the side streets beside the house.
This downtown location is only a couple blocks from the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, amusement rides, and activities (5 minute walk)! Park your car for the week, and walk or bike to all the fun destinations. A perfect spot for all the OC events such as Sunfest, Springfest, Cruisin OC, Endless Summer Cruisin, Senior Week, Wine on the Beach, White Marlin Open, etc.
This is a non smoking unit. No pets allowed. Linens are included in your stay. We provide sheets & towels, but do not make the beds. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, plus one trash bag liner is provided for your arrival. Check in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is promptly 10 am. Guests will receive an email with more check in information after their confirmed booking.
Location, location! Conveniently located in the downtown area where all the entertainment and action is! Very short walk to the beach/boardwalk and restaurants. Right across the street is Pickles Pub, 8th street Liquors, Pizza Mambo. Once on the boardwalk you’ve got Thrashers French Fries, Shotti’s Point, Sweet Frog, Hammerheads Bar & Grill, The kite Loft, Malibu’s Surf Shop, Coffee Beanery, Hooters, Subway, & so much more! All within walking distance from the apartment. Shopping Outlets are a short ride across the bridge as well as Assateague Island. Within walking distance there is also a free fishing pier on the bayside! Great views of the sunset over the bay!
Many activities and restaurants are all within walking distance from the unit! If you'd like to travel farther, ride bikes or hop on the bus. The location of this unit is great because you are right downtown where all the action is.
